Great company! Chris L. was our salesman he was very helpful and prompt to reply to any of my questions. Sam the owner even called me to answer some questions and help me out, I really appreciated him taking time to call me personally. We had a complete AC/Heating system installed, the technicians were all very nice and they were tidy which I really appreciated. I want to give a special shout out to Chase on the install crew, his customer service skills are excellent! He was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an AC company.

For those who like their house to stay in same clean condition after the services done these are your guys! Great approach, very fair priced, down to earth owner and great service installers!!! Did a great job installing 2 new heating units, adding small things here and there. Used for plumping services as well,, happy with all services so far. Some management personnel could have a bit of training though, sorry, being truthful.Overall, would say 5 our of 5! Will definitely use in the future and keep recommending to friends and colleagues! Jared Lott was punctual, courteous, respectful, and informative. He showed me the cameras view as it went through my sewer line. Another company sent out by First American Home Warranty sent his rooter through and pulled some roots out and told me I had a broken line and needed it replaced. Jared could not find a broken line. He did remove a few more roots and replaced a cap on the city cleanout. The fee charged was very little more than the $85 I paid FAHW. I highly recommend Automatic and especially Jared Lott. I have used Automatic for my home on multiple occasions. First for some minor repairs and service, and then for a complete upgrade to my home HVAC system, and replacement of my hot water heater. In every instance, they have been quick, on time, professional and thorough. After 6 years, and multiple calls, Ive never had an issue, or had to call them back. They have even repaired a leak in my water meter when the city couldnt get out fast enough. Amazing people.

I initially called Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing to come out to help disconnect valves under my vanity. While they were here, I mentioned that there was a leak in my shower that was causing my entire master tile to need to be redone. The technician, Jared, asked if he could check the hot water heater, which was in the attic above the shower. When he checked it, he found that it was bulging and about it split open, as well as leaking. We were on the verge of a major disaster! He and his partner, Chris, came out the very next day to install a new hot water heater for us. They were so professional and kind. They left the house very clean as well. I appreciated that they were also budget friendly when I was shocked at the initial issue at hand. I will definitely use Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing again!

The assessment was done Thur 27th. Due to excessive corrosion and leakage and an upcoming Memorial Day holiday, they determined that my situation was an emergency and did not want to delay replacement over the long holiday weekend. The heater was replaced next day, Fri 28th. The two man crew was great. They knew what they had to do and did it in a professional manner.

Blaze arrived on time and fixed and issue he found while cleaning the unit. Much better service than I received from another company.

The team came out to do a sewer scope. Every staffer Ive dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. They even impressed our realtor. I would definitely use them for future plumbing and HVAC needs. Kris went the extra mile and the staff that handle the phones are tremendously helpful and kind!

I was really impressed. I dont remember if I have ever used this company or not or if I had thought about it and never did for what ever reason. But anyway, I was very satisfied. I honestly cant say if price was good or too much because I have no clue to what I had done should run using a certified plumber. At the time I needed this toilet water line and valve fixed pretty quick and Automatic came to my rescue within a couple of hours after I called. The guy who got me fixed up was Jerad. I hope I got the name spelling right anyway. He was very professional, sweet, and had a sense of humor. He wasnt a stick in the mud. I have already called back for them to replace the water line and valve on another toilet before it decides to spring a leak as well. We had a pipe bust in our laundry room during this snow/ice storm. They came out the next day and repaired it. They got here so quickly and got it fixed appropriately and we had our water back on within hours! Will definitely be using again!

Kris Ashby and Chris ? came out to unclog my sewer system on one end of the house. He. Was unable to unclog due to it being a broken main line to my septic tank that needed repairing. Kris and Chris however discovered that I had another septic tank with the use of a camera into my clean out under the bathroom.Best $199 I have spent, as I wouldn’t have know about the other septic tank that even the previous owner didn’t know she had.Thanks guys, and Shelby for getting them out quickly.

I did not think it would be possible to find an HVAC company that still had ethics. I have been through so much with different companies until I was about to throw my hands up and learn HVAC myself lol but seriously it was bad and all faith was lost in those types of businesses until I googled and found this company.....that statement may sound cliche..... but what my family experienced from this company is far from cliche! They went above and beyond for my family in our desperate time of need! Chris was amazing from beginning to end! He was very patient, very educated about his products, and my biggest highlight was that her was not pushy with alot of upsales. He showed us all of our options and also services that could be added...but no pressure! I cannot say enough how important that part of selling is for a consumers. Pushy is very much so a turn off. The communication was immaculate and the process was seamless. We had a crew of guys come to our home, work very hard and leave without it looking like anyone had been here. They were on time, very well organized, respectful and fast! (They clean up after themselves...wow factor for me!) I have never experienced all of that with one company! If you have any doubt as to what company you need to do business with I hope that I have assured you that this is the best company to go with! I have gone through many HVAC companies over the years and this is by far the best in my opinion. Their pricing was well below the other 3 quotes I got from competitors, and they were very professional in the installation and walking me through aspects I might not have even thought about. They didnt push up-sales and even talked me out of some things that I thought I needed when it was apparent it would not help in my setup. They were knowledgeable about any items I asked about and did a wonderful job with the installation. They put down plastic and cleaned up after themselves and all of the work was top notch. They were on time, amazingly even early for most of their appointments, which has not been my experience in the past with other companies. I am working from home currently, and I barely even noticed they were here except for the few times when they needed power tools. It was nice that their quotes had 4 levels of pricing so that you could see the difference and decide on things yourself. It even linked to the units brochures and you could easily find reviews and specifications for any of them. Not to mention it was all electronic, no paper to go look at and lose. Just a simple email with links. One of the other quotes I received just said base unit. When I asked they said they would have to look for what the current base unit was, how is that easy for me to do any research on? I am happy that I happened upon this company as it has been an amazing experience for me, and I will be much more strict in looking at companies for other services I need based on this.

They have performed several task at my home including dropping/installing two natural gas lines for my appliances, HVAC annual services, replacing an A/C and furnace unit, and replacing a hot water heater. The technicians are ALWAYS polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When it came time to replace the A/C furnace unit, there were no hard sales, they spoke fact, presented options, and allowed me time to research before making a decision. I have referred co-workers who have also used their services.

They were willing to work with me for the last appointment of the day so that I did not miss much work and I received a text when the tech, Blayze, was on his way to my home. Within 15 minutes, Blayze found the problem was just a simple sensor issue and had my heating unit working again within just a few minutes. He was more than respectful of the property, thoroughly disassembled and cleaned my condenser, removed and cleaned the electronic cartridges from my ionizing filtration system and performed an analysis of operational problems with that device.

Frank and his team did a fantastic job replacing our old HVAC system. The old system was in an almost inaccessible position in our attic. After a couple of visits and a lot of measuring, they came up with a much better configuration. Really great work on a really tough job!

I needed to improve on house-wide air cleanliness for heating and A/C. Called office to inquire. Within several hours, got a call back from Chris Lewellen, Comfort Consultant. We set up an appointment based on my availability. Chris phoned an hour before to make sure I was still OK with the time. Then he showed up On Time! We discussed my needs. We looked at my existing setup. Then he explained the options, what each would do and cost, what it would involve to install each. Then he gave me his recommendation. It was for the LOWEST costing option, which he felt was all that I needed. Wow! We set an appointment for installation based on my schedule. That should be in 3 days. Great experience, looking forward to the new system.
