They do good quality work

Very unprofessional, if possible DO NOT do business with them. they schedule my repair and never showed, when i called them they acted as if they forgot i was scheduled. the guy hung up on me and told me the rep was going to call me right away...no call. Obviously not organized, i can only imagine the quality of work.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. First, they said they would come to repair my fridge between 8:00 am and noon and never showed up, at any point in the day. When they rescheduled, they claimed to fix my leaking refrigerator, charged me $272.03, and within two weeks, the problem was back, only worse. When they came to follow up, they found more problems and said it was not cheap to fix those problems. I asked for a refund, but they only offered to come out again to see what the first tech missed. I have already missed three days of work and spent way too much money to have them come out to my house again. They are incredibly unprofessional in their communications and refuse to give me a refund. I am awaiting a response from the Better Business Bureau to try to recoup my money. Avoid this business at all costs!

We had an appointment for a repair but no one ever showed up or gave us a courtesy call. After several calls and no answer, someone finally texted my wife back asking can I call you later but never did. Its obvious that unprofessional and incompetent individuals work for this company.

Worst service ever! Very shady company. Rude, dishonest, and highly unprofessional! They do not call back and barely answer the phone. I am not sure why they are in business. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Totally unprofessional. Stated they called us and no one picked up when they didnt even call. Straight up liars. Dont deal with these scumbags.
