I contacted J&J about servicing my Doxa Sub 1500T, as they were listed as an authorized service center for Doxa. I gave them an explanation of the issues I was having and sent them the watch. They contacted me back explaining that the watch needed a complete service, which was what I was told by another watchmaker that wanted to charge me $600.00 to overhaul the movement! J&J said it would take two weeks and cost $195!!! They were true to their word, and returned my watch that was running -11 secs a day to now running 0 secs!!! They did a minor re-brush/polish and it looks and runs great! I highly recommend them for your watch needs!

Had my watch repaired with them under warranty.Well impressed watch was sent fixed and returned within 3 weeks and I live in Britain.My Automatic watch is now keeping Quartz like time.Very pleased.

I used J&J watch repair after I was scammed into using another NYC company that couldnt fix anything for less than $700. Always check their BBB rating, this companies is excellent. The only thing I think they could do better is advise you weekly of your watch status via email. The watch was repaired to perfection, the cost just $155. Sue at the office answered most of my impatient emails. You have to realize they dont store expensive watch parts, they have to be ordered from overseas, so be patient.

Would give no stars if possible. To start the lady who answers this business phone, is an absolute disgrace to a business. I try to explain that an order that came in was incorrect and Im simply asking for a replacement. She then begins to argue that Im wrong and that if Im what I say I am, I should have measured....First off I guarantee I have worked on watches worth way more than you have ever imagined, I know how to measure and I understand micro dimensions. What you had listed was incorrect, plain and simple. Could have been a clerical error or not, regardless was listed in correctly. You then begin to argue with me... ARE YOU SERIOUS.... As a business youre gonna argue with a customer, watchmaker or not, you obliviously have a horrible business model if thats what youre going to do.Second I stayed completely calm with you on the phone, and kept having to explain to you that per Cartier this case is listed as a MM (Medium Model). On your ad you had it listed to fit a Medium Model (MM). Then you begin to tell me You dont care what the manual says that, I need to measure... Ummm hang on a second, Im reading off the Manual that came with a $7,000 watch and you want me to disregard the manual, interesting. A watch shop that MAYBE has a high end watch wants to ignore the manual, you know it was only made by some of the best watch making talent out there, hell what do they know right?Plain and simple, you were unable to meet a simple request NOT EVEN A DEMAND of a customer (first time and last time for sure), to replace a crystal for the correct size. Now I warn anybody else who might even have a thought of ordering or taking to have any watch work done this...STAY THE HELL AWAY, if you are representing your business like this, wither owner, operator mom, grandma etc you are doomed. This place speaks to customers as if they are below them and dont matter. They will take your money as any self- respecting business would, but when it comes time for help or concern, they could care less. Its okay my bank is happy to reverse charges for something that is listed in correctly, I tried to work with you, but yet you dont want to help.Cheers you sham.

Went in to the mall last night to have two batteries replaced and a few links removed. Ayoub was the young gentleman who helped service me and he was absolutely on point with his service. My watches were fixed in under 10 minutes and I was able to make my appointment right on time afterwards. I give this 5 stars for the service and I am very grateful for the kindness shown to me.

Very reasonable prices and excellent service

This review is based on my view on how they do not sell something as little as a watch battery without actually doing the replacing through them. I understand its their way of doing business but I believe that not selling a watch battery so they can overcharge for replacing it is unreasonable. Why not build customer relationships by selling the little things so they want to come back to fix the bigger issues? Either way... I will not be going here for any future watch repairs. If you want a watch battery at a super reasonable price, check out Kims Watches. They sold me one for only $3. I have no affiliation with that store.

I just received my watch back from this place. It was under warranty and I was instructed to ship it here for repair. I just needed a chrono pusher installed since mine fell off. When I got the watch back there were two rather large, VERY deep scratches on the case. I can only imagine these came from the repairer trying to remove the case back in a careless way. Luckily the watch being repaired was a sub $1000 piece or I would be livid. I would recommend you steer clear of this establishment.
