Got an attitude from his daughter at the door because I was 5 minutes early and the current client was still there. As the process continued Kevin refused to acknowledge my donations to AMVETS saying they were useless while making a shooing away gesture. Was told while doing my taxes that theyve had to fire people that made them think too hard referencing a prior client they apparently fired. When i asked some final questions his daughter literally screamed her response to me because apparently I wasnt absorbing all the info fast enough. If it werent for the paperwork I had regarding my deceased father (which admittingly was over my head), Id have filed myself like I did this year with TurboTax.The SAD thing is that Ive used Kevin and his daughter several times before and have always had good experiences, so this was a shocker. Horrible experience, but it just goes to show you that a good relationship can be completely compromised by someone having a bad day and taking it out on a FORMER loyal client.
