From first showing to contract was 6 weeks!There were several open house showings and Jonas was helpful and professional, being on time every time, and answering all my questions. The residence I was selling is small, but Jonas provided me with such great service, it was as though he were showing a much larger, more expensive home. Jonas certainly exceeded my expectations !I would recommend Long Islands Finest Homes to everyone !

I would not recommend business with this company when Gigi Bowman is one that represents the kind of people who work for them. Im currently renting a property she listed last year where she vouched for our landlord to be a responsible landlord, therefore, we put our trust in her and wrote her a check and signed the lease. There was even a broken window that she assured would be taken care of immediately. Fast forward 9 months later and not only do we still have a window just covered by cardboard, but we weve also encountered several problems with the property such as a flooding basement, broken sprinklers and more! We notified the landlord and Gigi, but hes proven himself to be an absentee landlord with no movement on repairs and, despite my inclusion of Gigi on multiple emails with the owner/landlord, shes chosen to ignore my emails and not acknowledge my problems with the house or landlord nor provide any form of assistance between myself and the landlord. As THE listing agent for this property, I find her unwillingness to intervene (even just a little bit), irresponsible and indicative of her character as a realtor. If youre reading this review, I strongly discourage you to do any business with her or ANY company she represents as shes only proven herself to be untrustworthy and in it for the money. She has shown to say anything to have you seal the deal and then no longer help at all as soon as shes received her commission.

U LEAVE MESSAGE AND NEVER GET ANY PHONE CALL BACK, I RECOMMEND ALL HOUSE OWNERS WNATEVER YOU GUYS NEED TO DO WITH YOUR HOMES, SELL IT OR RENT IT, DONT USE THIS GUYS BECAUSE I CAN SEE THEY DONT PUT THEIR BEST EFFORT TO GIVE CUSTOMERS A GOOD SERVICE AND YOU MAY BE LOSING TIME AND MONEY TO RENT YOUR PROPERTY OR TO HAVE YOUR HOUSE SOLD JUST BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DONT FEEL LIKE ANSWERING THEIR PHONES.......DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!!
