I was trying to help my sister who lives alone in her house in Carle Place, NY. She had a major problem with squirrels in a crawl space below her roof. We are serious animal lovers and were recommended this wonderful service by a fellow animal person. These people actually care about the animals that they help trap or remove. The workplace had some adolescent raccoons and we didnt want harm to come to them. This service has relationships with sanctuaries and rehabilitators. We were assured that the raccoons would be safe until they were ready to go out on their own back into the wild. This is an odd review because Sayonara ended up not providing service for me, but thoroughly impressed me with their honesty and help. I have a pigeon problem under my solar panels. Before trying to sell me their services they suggested that I contact the solar installer first. Lucky for me! I could have voided the warranty on my panels had I approached this wrong. The advice was solid and the followup excellent. I will definitely reach out to Sayonara for future needs! As a side note, the other three providers I asked for estimates provided them, without this fair warning.

Weve had many experiences with different exterminators but Sayonara Pest Control is truly the best. We use them at our businesses and at our homes, and switching over to their services was a great decision, especially since I was hesitant at first due to previous negative experiences with other companies. Most pest control companies dont take the time out to explain what needs to truly been done on both ends in order to keep a sanitary and pest free environment, but Jesse (one of the owners) is continuously updating me and following up on services in order to make sure things are beyond the minimum expectations. Very good service. Very professional, and havent had a problem with carpenter Ants since Tommy sprayed in July. He was very honest with me and my husband and let me know to call if we saw anymore ants because he might have to spray again. Worth every penny. Good prices. Felt very comfortable with the company. Amazing service!! I live in Brooklyn and had a big problem with termites. Sayonara Pest Control installed more Termite stations than all the other estimates I had and their price was the lowest. We had a moth problem and tried to manage it. One night I come home from work look at my bed room ceiling and see hundreds if not thousands of baby spiders crawling all over. I called them and they came over that night sprayed the entire inside and outside of the house. We haven’t had any bug issues since. I was referred to Sayonara Pest Control from a friend, and so beyond grateful for that! Right from the first initial phone call to them, they have been nothing but helpful and reassuring. Tommy was the one to come and get rid of my pesky critters. Not only was the service fast and effective, but he was extremely knowledgeable and polite throughout the process. Horrible company. They charged 800 dollars to do nothing . They actually further damaged my roof didnt catch the racoon they were supposed to. They ate very dismissive about clean up. And this unprofessional company told us to let the 3 or 4 new born baby racoon starve to death in our attick because they were too lazy to trap the baby raccoons or their mother. So the racoon got away. I paid them 800 to do nothing.

I was having a major problem with ants, i called Sayonara Pest Control because it came up recommended on google for me because there were right in my area, maassapequa.I called and left a message and was shocked when someone called me back almost immediately. I explained the problem and they sent someone out asap, which was what i needed. I was able to see results right away and the problem was done with sooner than i expected. I started getting mosquito like bites in my previous home (elmhurst, ny) early spring season, it was itchy but not quite like a mosquito bite (plus it was too early for mosquito season).
