Great company to work for! Having worked in the industry for several years, I know how fortunate I am to work for a company that cares about the children we provide therapy services to and their employees. Many times it is all business but here staff work together to get things done. There are many opportunities to learn about different departments and to grown within the company. In a time where there is instability, I am glad that Achieve Beyond thinks about how best to support staff, how to provide the best quality services, and about its impact on the community. Run here, dont walk.
I had been using their services for almost 3 years. Very disappointing. They believe in the Quantity of hours billed than the quality of services. First BT was just passing time .second one was not prompt and won’t show up as per the schedule . It was a waste of time . So we reduced the hours . Achieve beyond was not ready to continue with the reduced no: of hours.
Bad service and bad management.Dont go there if you really concern your child. If there were zero I could give zero star
My sons teacher very professional and very kind, my son loves her, even when its not his day he asked for her. I love her as a person she is very friendly and understanding and make the schedule very convenient for me. I wish we had her in the beginning. I enjoy every second she teaches my son, she put a smile on his face and to me thats more than I can asked for from anyone working with my child. Thank you Ms Joanne.
Lots of a paper work to fill out, evaluators who came to the house were great. What was highly disappointing was the lack of education the aba therapists have. We had a therapist that barely had a college degree, worked as an aide, was extremely inexperienced come to our house for two weeks to chase my son around and to pair. The BCBA who came over the next week to observe saw how she had no control over my son and yelled at her to engage him more. Later on she had hinted to me that perhaps I should request a new therapist. The aba therapist then decided to go on vacation the second week she started with us. Lots of drama going on with this company, she even stopped at my house later on to have her hours signed after we told her to not come back because she forgot to get our signatures. My issue is the lack of background with the therapists that come into the house. I dont feel the resumes are strong. Look for companies that have aba therapists with at least a Bachelors and with a strong background in special education. Very good with billing me $$$$ but not very good at pairing us with the right people.
