Fired my first do nothing divorce lawyer. Then hired Rob Pollack who by the way, was originally recommended to me by two friends but I did not listen and went my own way. I learned a good lesson. Anyway, Mr. P. was a game changer and took control, moved the case that had gone nowhere up till that point and just made things (good things) happen. He thinks of all the angles and was always ten steps ahead of my exs attorney from start to finish. He is always prepared. The judge really liked him and respected him; that was obvious. I sat with Mr Pollack and he suggested that my husband is a bad character and marriage counseling won’t work and that I need to move quickly. When I got back in touch with his law firm they responded back with an incorrect name for me. Just because I have differences with my husband doesn’t change who he is and what he does in the community and for others before himself.
