Vastnet is Great! They are professional, knowledgeable, ready to help 24 hours a day, and friendly. They have had virtually perfect network up-time for the nearly 20 years Ive used their service. Even during the worst natural disasters, theyve never missed a beat. You could not ask for more from a colo provider.

I have been a customer of VastNet for over 10 years both personally and professionally. They are the first company I will always recommend when asked. The staff is easy to talk to and always helpful. I can honestly say that I have never once had a single issue dealing with anyone at the company and any question or issue I had was handled swiftly. They are a great team that is really flexible and work to please their customers. Further, they have a rock solid infrastructure and they always have. Case in point, in 2003 there was a major blackout in the northeast, less then a handful ( 2 or 3 I think ) of facilities on long island were left up and running during that time and VastNet was one of those facilities. That was 15 years ago and they continue year after year to increase capacity and redundancy. You will not regret working with the vastnet team.
