Security USA has been a tenant for more than 5 years at 535 Broad Hollow Road. Mary and her team are absolutely amazing. They always address any concerns or questions we have. The building and property are always kept clean and always looks professional. This is important to our staff and very important to us when our clients come to our office. The location is great with easy access from all the major roadways. We look forward to many more years at 535!!
After looking for months to a good place with a good value we finally found this office. It is very spacious, the sun can come into your window. The office is a place where I spend more than I do at my home and this office is very comfortable that you can sit in for hours. Also the management and the staff are very friendly and responsive, every time I asked for anything they took good care of it! All other tenants are friendly which builds a great rapport in the building.
While searching a few locations for our new business office, we were brought to 535 Broad Hollow Road and it just hit us. While assessing some of the other locations, 535 was just what we were looking for. We were given a welcoming tour of the building prior to showing us the available offices. The buildings amenities and the building management offers more than just office space. A must see for any growing business.The office staff (Mary, Rachel, and Laura), have accommodated us at every request and building maintence keep 535 appealing and clean. We always are proud and confident to bring clients to our office.

They seem to enjoy helping people to create an office that they like to come to as much as the person creating the office. The price is very fair an the location is great. Maintenance and staff go above and beyond to help. I am very happy here.
I love visiting my clients in this building. The location is fantastic, parking is always plentiful. I always notice that people in the building are always smiling which is a testament to the bright and clean environment of this building.
We couldnt be happier as tenants of 535 Broad Hollow in Melville. The building itself is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. It is maintained perfectly with an eye for cleanliness, efficiency and tenant service always at the forefront. The main lobby itself is a sight to behold (especially during the holidays!) and our company is fortunate enough to have the lobby suite. However, weve seen other suites over the years (thanks to fellow tenants with whom weve become friends) and theyre all extremely nice.Our company, Terrazel, Inc./The Stone Register has been here since July of 2018, and in that time everyone has had a happy, productive work environment thanks in no small part to the exemplary office management team. If ever we need something--anything--done, the building staff (including managers personally) are more than happy to accommodate us, and help in any way they can. In fact, to date, there has not been a single issue or concern in nearly two years that the 535 Staff has not been able to solve quickly and professionally.No matter how many offices The Stone Register opens; no matter how much the company continues to grow and expand its reach, we agreed long ago that our 535 Broad Hollow location will ALWAYS remain our corporate HQ (headquarters).Keep up the amazing work, everyone!Additional notes: 535 has excellent seminar and meeting rooms, impeccably maintained restrooms, a very cool 1950s-themed retro restaurant with amazing food, friendly tenants, ample parking, and plenty more. After looking at many buildings in the area we actually accidentally came upon availability at 535 Broadhollow Rd., and the moment we stepped into the well maintained building and met Mary, Rachel, and staff we new this was our new home.Being a young business and in the middle of a pandemic and the election we were timid to sign. Mary was so welcoming and accommodating that it honestly became a no brainer. The location is great fo us, being construction safety trainers we are not only holding classes in our new wonderful offices but we are also on the road much of the time. You could not be more centrally located on Long Island, convenient to ALL parkways and expressways, we are able to pop in and out of the city or in the island with ease.I also have to say thank you for all the kindness they have bestowed upon us and there wonderful staff who is more then accommodating. You can not go wrong with this building, it is really already in 3 days become our 2nd home.
Great address to have an office at. Huge parking lot that is always plowed in the winter, nice cafe located on the first floor and very accommodating staff. Management is on site too so if there is any issue in your suite they can help you then and there.
