I don’t think I would go back to Randstad. They led me on to believing I would get a offer at a well known company just to find out a week later I didn’t get the job. Also; I am a disabled employee and cannot commute far and don’t want to take a step back on my career because of that they said “ we are not going to consider you for positions. I’ve personally dealt with Juhi most of the time however I’ve had interactions with other personnel as well and they’re all very professional and focused on getting their employees work. After jobs started resurfacing when the pandemic was slowing down my first call was with Juhi offering me work. I needed to find a job last summer and was not happy with what was being offered on the net. I went to the Melville Randstad office where I met Janine. She was more than happy to review my resume and discuss possible positions that were available. At the time, she had a short-term assignment that ran about two weeks but promised a much better position would be opening soon. I took the short-term position thinking it was just for a short time and something more to my liking would be available very soon.True to her word, within two weeks time the new position Janine promised me had opened up in a local school district business office. It was a great fit for me - not too far from home, working with some terrific people and with intelligent, interesting projects to work on. I am happy to say I am still there. I was skeptical going in because of a terrible experience with Robert Half previously. Diana at Randstad gave me the completely opposite experience. She was really able to understand who I was and what I was trying to accomplish she made on the spot recommendations and I got an interview and got the first job I interviewed for after speaking with her. They contacted me two weeks ago saying they had a job fair going on. I went and sat down with Erik he made me fill out this type of aplicación form and everything. My experience with him wasn’t the best he basically was not listening to anything that I was saying or wanted. He gave me the feeling that I had to do and want what he wanted for me. Besides that he told me to call in two weeks. I’ve been calling for days no one answers and I have left a voicemail with my name and number and no one has contacted me. I’m very confused to why they would contact me saying that they are currently hiring and when I get there it was like they didn’t have any jobs at all. At this point I’m not even sure if I’m supposed to wait for them to contact me. Clearly they don’t care about what they are doing.I went back to give them another shot because I really needed to find a job I was able to contact Diana. She was a big help and was able to take over my case. The same day she was able to have me come in and in less than an hour she already had me set up for an interview the next day.

I was so happy with the expiriance I had here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Juhi was so quick and incredible with placing me somewhere so I could start working ASAP. Met with a recruiter (Angie), over two weeks ago. She was very nice and seemed interested and happy to help me. She looked over my resume, asked me some questions about my past work experience and said she had a few places right off the bat that she thought I would be appropriate for. She even asked if I was ready to interview that week which I confirmed yes. Angie said all she had to do was rework my resume a bit and check my references to make sure I wasn’t crazy and I would be all set. Since then she hasn’t responded to my emails and never called my references. Very unprofessional would not recommend.

The entire staff greeted me with nice warm smiles and I immediately felt relaxed and confident that I was in good hands with them. I was fortunate to have Diana Berlingieri as my recruiter and she could not have been sweeter and extremely thorough in explaining positions she had available for me, and as a matter of fact, she had me out on an interview the same day with a fabulous company. Initially, I was extremely nervous and Diana spent so much time prepping me with the interview process. The entire staff is outstanding and Im so happy to have had Diana to mentor me. I heard good things from an acquaintance about this place. However, they were recruited by their manufacturing division. Taking their advice to call, I was interested more in office work, so I was redirected to that division (which is separate.) I met with a recruiter, she spent some time with me, took my resume, and so on. At the end she said she would send in my resume to a promising company. I left and waited for a call. They never got back to me, and I had to keep reaching out to her for any updates which there were none. Its been a few months since my interview. Not once did they contact me about a job. I wont bother with them again. It wasnt worth the effort.

The office is mostly staffed by community college women and men that seemingly failed at being stockbrokers. I was completely unsatisfied with my experience, and felt it was a total waste of time working with them. There are plenty of other agencies that offer better compensation, which do not demand outdated assessment tests to prove capabilities. That being said, if you are going to use them, handle with care as they are very sensitive at the Melville office.

Im completely unsatisfied with my experience working for this staffing Company. I worked for 1 year and promised twice that the temp positions they got me were temp to hire. little that I knew at both jobs I was terminated without previous notice. I was left jobless and disappointed.They are very unprofessional and should be more clear about the positions they offer since they are only TEMP. Of course thats the nature of their business.They also should train better their people since Diana Berlingieri wasnt very clear with the Company I worked for and when they wanted to hire me she got me fired instead because she never explained they have to pay a big fee in top of what they paid every week. Thanks for nothing Randstad.Bad news for your career if you want to work for them. Just Dont.

Great at finding jobs no complaints completely satisfied

I had a horrible expirence at this place. i immediately felt as if they have no concern for me. My experience with them was extremely rushed and the job description did not appropriately depict the job description. When i was called about the job the next day they were spamming my phone while i was in class. It is not hard to see their true colors.

Very unprofessional. I openly let them know that I was not happy with my position so they could find me something else, and instead they ignored me told me it took 3 months to get used to a new position. Then they purposely didnt approve my timecard so my pay was delayed and were a little nasty about it. Dont deal with this agency, OfficeTeam and Adecco are way better. They actually care about you and your career.
