My only issue is that on their website they could do a better job at displaying the quantity being sold a lot better. I had to email them first just to clarify. Luckily I did because I thought they were selling a case of 6 for the price for certain items. Other than that I have received great service from these guys and my packages arrived quickly.

No much issued faced during the purchase process. However, there is a gap that Bi-Lo needs to work on & that is the packing on the delivered goods. Refer to the picture below, more efforts can be done to pack / shrink-wrapped the cartons to ensure goods are secure properly to minimize the chances of them from damage / lost / getting wet during the ocean shipment.**Update: The company rep has promptly got back to explain how this case arise. Apparently, their shipper has tried to help to resolved the skid issue leading to this packing. Looking forward for a better handling for the next order.
My experience with this company was amazing. They worked with us and kept communicating with us as the items were shipped. The items came back in good condition. There was a small problem with one of our boxes, but they remained in contact and is working with the shipping company. Excellent customer service and high quality items.
If I could give this place a zero I would! I bought all of these items thinking they were a legitimate place to purchase items in bulk for my business. However, the descriptions were very misleading. It said 12 items in a case and the minimum order quantity was 2 (I trustingly assumed cases). When I received the items there was 2 individual items of each. The price that I paid for these wholesale items is what they are in the store. Now Im stuck with a shipping bill and a restocking fee of 40%! So you can bet Ill never do business with these clowns again.Not only was I not refunded for the misunderstanding but the customer service was horrible. There was 1 guy answering the phones. I called 2 separate times and the second he assumed he knew my issue and continued to get smart with me. I wouldnt waste my time at this place!
From someone that never leaves reviews, this place is unbelievably ridiculous. Terrible company, terrible customer service. I’ve never worked with such a poor vendor before. They made me provide multiple addresses and still couldn’t deliver. Rude and unhelpful customer service. Still awaiting a refund. How is this company in business?????Edited to follow-up to your reply: I am absolutely sure it is Bi-lo Beauty Ltd. And, sense or no sense, you did it. Maybe look up the customer you still havent refunded, that should narrow it down for you. Or do you really have that many customers you arent refunding?For the record, what the other reviewer is talking about regarding the pack of 12 is absolutely accurate as well. They default the quantity to 2 and automatically charge you for a case pack, causing you to think you are ordering 24 for the price, not just 2. This business is just shady.
Do not believe the 5 star reviews. This is NOT a wholesale company. The quantities are purposefully misleading. You are buying each individual item. You might as well go to Walmart in that case. My items came in large boxes labeled oreo cookies! They were open, broken, upside down in the box and clearly thrown in there. Im so frustrated and disappointed. Someone com plainer about this very issue 11 months ago. They said theyd fix the issue and have not.*update* The company reached out to me and the issues have since been resolved.
