I have been using Universal Maids as my regular biweekly cleaners for 6+ years. They start with cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment in Bayside, Queens and when I moved to Long Island they did my deep clean prior to moving in and have been my go to cleaners ever since. They are consistent and consistency is key! Reena is who I schedule cleanings with and we communicate off of quick texts. I always get 2 cleaners and they are fast, efficient and thorough. I usually have 1 of the same cleaners every single time if not both, however, my main person has taken a 2 month break and today I had 2 girls that have never been to my home before. Usually a new team takes longer and misses things but they were EXCELLENT. Quick, thorough, proactive to ask me where things were and/or should be kept. I love working with a reliable company and supporting a small business. The owners are a family and they work hard to be reliable and consistent and I am grateful for them all. A clean home makes a happy and peaceful me and they always do an A+ job. Sometimes I push my cleanings to 3-4 weeks and they still come in and get it right! I have 2 kids under 3 and theres toys and teddy bears and play mats and high chairs and they make sure to get under and on top of it all and tidy everything up! Thank you Reena and team

Universal is my go to for home services. The staff is great at scheduling and the punctuality is the best Ive ever dealt with. I have been using UM from when we lived in queens in a 2BR condo and now in Long Island in a 5 BR house.
