If I can give this company a NO star review, I would. But unfortunately google would not allow that. This credit card processing company loves to charge their customers with unnecessary fees. I have to called them many times to cancel the additional fess that they added on to my business account without my request. This wasted my valuable time out of my life. If you dont call them, they will add on these fees that they quoted will give you better experience. In additional, when they add on fees to your account, they never do a good job explaining the reason.

Terrible customer service. I’m doing business with this company since 2017. They started charging me lots of money today I spoke with them about 2 hours they couldn’t satisfied me with their answer. A lady named Angie one of the team leader who was very rode with her words. She said if I want to complain anything I should contact with the head office.Rather staying with this company I decided to go with others.

I used this company for several years and was very happy. Two months ago I switched. Although no cards have been processed and after several certified letters, emails and phone calls they continue to deduct a monthly fee from my account. Cancelling their service should not be so difficult and has resulted in a thumbs down from me.

This company should be on the Worst employer List!. They only know how to take your money.

They held all of our funds without notice . We closed our account but they refuse to pay out 56k that they have been holding for over 8 months. Legal action will have to be taken. Please beware.

Cancelling Service has been a nightmare. I have been paying a monthly fee for two years now ... and no luck with cancelling service because of this ridiculous agreement... NOT HAPPY.
