Fantastic. This place had material in stock that I never thought I could find locally. And they were great about limiting customers in store and requiring hand sanitizing upon entering. 👍 and online ordering in store pick up was seamless. Very impressed.

Absolutely horrible experience. Product broke weeks after buying and spending over $1,000 . Took 2 days and about 8 hours on the phone all for a simple return. They didnt want to return or help at all at there location. Employees could care less and say call the 800 number. They just dont even care about customer service. Again absolutely horrible

The best customer service phone experience I’ve had in months! We moved, and the movers disassembled our bed and then lost all the screws to put it back together. There was nowhere that sold these screws. We searched everywhere to replace them for weeks until I found Grainger. They helped me identify them over the phone and then put an order together for me. I’m so grateful!
