Absolutely horrendous customer service, business ethics, and accountability. My husband dropped his vehicle off at 10:15 am to get a tint removal and tint done. He said around 2/3 hours. We called at 1:30 to ask if it was ready or would be soon. He said he needed more time, and he was running behind. Fine. He said 3/3:30. So, we showed up at 3:30 to the door locked and his truck locked in the bay with NO TINT DONE. So, we called. He said he was out getting more solution to remove the tint. Lie. We again called at 5:30 PM and yet again received ANOTHER run around. We called him at 6:00 to ask if we can pick up at 7:00. He said he was still working on it and needed more time and asked since I was leaving and my husband wouldn’t have a ride after 7:00 if he could get our address to “pick him up” and bring him to the truck. Absolutely not. So we showed up at 7:15 to a gate locked and another customer with the exact same issue. The security guard let us in and we had to take our truck (which hasn’t been touch for 9 hours) out of the bay. My husband paid $200 in advance. The owner refused to answer anyone. We then got in touch at 8:30 that evening and the owner basically lied and blamed my husband for I QUOTE “not giving enough time” and begged us not to “ruin his business” Absolutely horrendous. Buyer beware. GO TO A REAL SHOP.

Great place to do business! We had 2 cars done the same day. Went back the following weekend to have my husbands truck done. Affordable, fast, pleasant people, very professional, great job!

Terrible experience!!!! They broke the third break light in the back window and broke paneling. No one offered any compensation and tried to say it was already broken when it was not!!!! After my son and I got upset they walked in the shop and locked the door!!!! Buyer beware do not waste your money with these people at all!!!!

Tint job is mediocre at best. Dirt was trapped in the tint and to top it off the owner is rude and disrespectful. Will have to get it re-done somewhere else as at this point I no longer trust this guy with my vehicle, so it was a waste of money.

Reached out to Cody ( I assume the owner) on Friday afternoon. He answered all my questions about tinting the windows of my SUV, and had an available appointment the very next day at 9am to do the job.Was a little late (15 min) for our scheduled appointment, but did the job in the allotted time he told me he would. The cost was spot on with surrounding tinting places. Overall extremely happy with his work, and his availability. He returns texts and phone calls promptly as well.

My boyfriend and I went to this place around 9:30am to get an estimate for an installment of a speaker and an amp. We received an estimate and estimate of time that it will be done. We were told it will take 3 hours. We only have one speaker and one amp. The car we have, the individual would have to customize the box to fit in the car. The salesman told us that he could cut the box and squeeze it in. We agreed to allow him to work on this project at least 2.5 hours before giving him a call. Once we called him, he gave us another time frame (another 3 hours) that the car will be ready. So we allowed him more time to “work”! The next call attempt he told us that he had to find some type of screw and wires for the car. At this point my boyfriend decided to pull up on him and see what the progress was! Upon his arrival, the salesman DID NOT do anything to do the vehicle and LOST MY BOYFRIEND’S CAR KEY! The salesperson did find the key in his toolbox! He is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It is now 4:30pm (more than half of the day) and his car DOES NOT have the speaker nor amp installed!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Cody has done tint work on all of our vehicles and has done excellent work. When he’s back in Nebraska we always have work for him. I highly recommend...not just vehicle windows, he also does store fronts as well.

Went to the Flea Market location today after getting a quote from Cody last weekend, the car looks AMAZING! My babies will have great protection from the sun and the car is already so much cooler inside. They were professional, kind and efficient. Definitely go see Cody!

Cody did a great window tint job on our RV. He came out the day before, gave estimate, then came next day and did an outstanding job. Nice person, efficient working, and he came to us.

Was told it would take an hour . I was there for 4 hours and he lied about the percentage he put on my vehicle . I told him I had it tested then he finally admitted he didn’t give me what I asked for just close to it . To this day I’m still getting the run around for him to give me what I asked for . If he didn’t want to do it or have it he should have been honest instead of putting what he felt was ok . It’s been almost two months . He’s just getting by in the tint world . The display you pick from he wait til you realize it’s not the exact percent and says it’s close to it

We went to the Flea Market location Today with our 9:00 appointment to have our front windows tinted. It was 11:30 when we left! Tony took another car in front of us, it had five windows to do on it. He did not start on ours until 10:45. We are retired with health conditions, the heat was unbearable. Tony quoted $60, which is the average price for this service anywhere. When we paid him then He Demanded $20 more for removing the old tint, this was a total surprise to us but we paid him. This person is a Con, a Rip-off and a Lair. We do not recommend this Business at all. He took cash from us and probably did not report it too. The tint looks good, only time will tell.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Was giving the run around for 24 hours about when my car would be done. 3 separate times they told us it would be done in a couple hours which it never was so we picked the car up undone. When picking up the car they had the keys in the door sitting unattended in the parking lot. Will not do business with them.
