Im extremely satisfied with PRC! They recently completed a project at my house involving a door and several window replacements. During the course of the project, they discovered some serious damage caused by long-term water intrusion, which was affecting the overall structural integrity of the house. This would have gone unnoticed had they not performed a detailed exploratory inspection. They provided and optimized a sound approach to the problem, with zero impact to surrounding areas. All at a reasonable cost. As an engineer myself, I commend Mike and his team (Andy and Scott) for their thoroughness, attention to detail, high level of workmanship and politeness they exhibited throughout project. PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our homes roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company was unable to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof watertight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home. Very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of workmanship.

Contracted for installation of new Impact windows and doors in May 2020 to include stucco and painting. Installers did not come until August 2020 with no communications. Windows were installed askew or not centered in opening. Installations were not properly shimmed causing numerous windows to curve when they are supposed to be straight. Installed doors are not air or water tight and show light through the edges. Wrong products were delivered and installed. Even the window manufacturer inspector noted that the installation of windows needs to be fixed. I have reached out to the company on numerous occasions and have been told that they would contact me but have not. There is no excuse for this poor level of service. Trim an calking around windows and doors is uneven, discolored, askew, and looks awful. Wood framing was left exposed on exterior wall and now likely has moisture/rot problems.They came out and fixed some things in late Jan 2021, but then left still crooked windows, exposed wood, again, and doors that still dont close all the way. Still is not done FEB 2021.

This group installed new widows in our two story home...over 20 windows and Andy, Vincent, Darrell, Johnny were amazing and so professional! They were so respectful of our home and absolutely meticulous about each and every window! I cannot say enough! Our new windows by the way are amazing as well! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am sorely disappointed with this company.1. We placed the order in February 2021 and placed a hefty down payment.2. We were told our doors would arrive in PRCs warehouse 6/1/21, and be installed at our house on Friday 6/14/21. We were told in person in early June that our doors looked beautiful. On Friday 6/11/21, PRC told us the doors never showed up. It took them ELEVEN days to inform us that the doors never showed up. We were given 1 business day of notice on the cancellation of our installation.3. When the doors finally did show up in late June 2021, they were not stained at all, yet we had ordered stain. It is now 7/19/21, and the doors are STILL not stained. How long does it take to stain 2 doors? A month, apparently.We are sick of being told the doors will be installed on X date, and having the installation cancelled the day before (or not even being notified at all!!!). We have taken time off of work for these supposed installations, only to be left with radio silence. This company is incredibly careless and unprofessional.

I technically did not use this business but I bought a house in January 2018 upon which they installed a new roof in December 2017 so as a practical matter I did - or I should say I got stuck with them. My first complaint dates back to as soon as I purchased the house. There were so many roofing nails found all around the yard (which not just my wife and I but dogs and our young son were using) that I climbed up on the roof myself (I am generally not that handy but preventing my wife, child, or pets from stepping on nails will get me on a ladder) to find many bags full of nails simply left sitting up there open. I thought about doing/saying something then but I am busy and figured that just meant they were bad people but not necessarily bad roofers. Now we have found several other issues that lead me to believe they are also bad roofers. Stay away.

Replaced old windows with Storm Windows. I am awaiting a Rep. to come by because one leaked in heavy rains recently. Do not like the design at all. Second call about leaks within a year. Being in Warranty, I trust them to make this right, leakproof, one and for all. (Leaked right after install because of lack of proper caulking outside)UPDATE...6/30/2021...They sent an excellent construction-experienced man named BILL. He spent the necessary time doing a quick-fix to a Manufacturers mistake. There was no leak hole punched out for excess water to drain once filled. I believe it will work; he did a test before leaving! If not, manufacturer will install a new one, under warrantee. THANK YOU BILL for the attention to detail and solving the problem!!

I saw the ad in the Savings Safari for months and when I was ready, I called, and Randy came out to give me a quote. He was so nice and helpful. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The crew worked diligently, were polite, and professional. Woody always checked in on me to make sure I was satisfied. PRC is just a bunch of good Christian people and I am thankful for them. Impact windows are next, and I will surely be calling them to return. I would recommend them anytime.

Chris that installed the windows great no issues however the company I wouldn’t use again. I ordered windows last October and it took me calling several times to figure out when I was gonna get windows and they still aren’t finished.

We just started working with PRC - so far we are impressed! Our sales rep, Zach, was awesome! We just purchased a fixer-upper in the DT Mel area, and Zach listened to our concerns we had with the roof and the old sun room off the back. He was able to make some calls, and came up with a game plan. We cannot wait to see how this project comes out!

We hired PRC, LLC on the recommendation of a friend and after looking at their work on his house. From the time we received a personal quote until the completion of their work, PRC demonstrated that they are just a great company. We had our roof and gutters replaced. We also replaced 15 windows, upgrading the construction grade we had when the house was built. All projects were done to the highest standards. The building inspector for Sebastian, Florida commented on the quality of the roofing project. Another reason we went with this company is the they are family owned and dont sub-out their work. Everything is done by their employees. I have recommended them to a number of friends.

I would like to commend Casey and Darrell for their quick and thorough response to an issue I was having with a French door that would not function properly. Since I had an immediate need for the door to be fixed, I called the office and Casey arranged to have the technician (Darrell) come directly to my house. From the time I made the call to the time that the door was fixed was only approximately 2 hours. Kudos to them both!

PRC replaced the flat roof of our screened porch in April 2016. The roof was under a five year warranty, and PRC has refused to honor this warranty, despite the roof replacement having already failed, with evidence of cupping and pooling on it. The roofing material has folded and curled, and has also torn in one area.Having contacted PRC several times since May of last year, I have been told flatly that the damage to the roof is not covered by their five year warranty.PRC came out and bid for the replacement of the shingle roof of the house itself, and were asked about the flat roof. As I said, the response was that it was not covered under the warranty.In short, a terrible job, a roof that needs replacing already after less than five years, and a warranty not worth the paper its written on, because they refuse to honor it.Note: the installation was done for a USAF retiree, who died in November 2019. This is how they deal with a veteran, and then with his widow?

PRC just completed replacing our 25 year old windows with new hurricane impact windows. Entire process went extremely well. Wait time from manufacturer to fulfill order was a bit longer than expected, but the installation and finish work were meticulous. In addition, the scheduling process and communication with PRC personnel during the installation were very good. A big thank you to Daryl for closing out the job with expertise. We would highly recommend PRC for homeowners considering renovation work.

Run away as far as you can from this company.. save yourself the stress, terrible terrible service.. insurance companies have not been willing to work with this company, I wonder why?? most of their employees are jumping ship as we speak.. I know 4 of them personally..

I was courteously greeted on the phone by a helpful HUMAN receptionist and then immediately transferred to Casey who was able to answer my questions about their services. While they are not able to assist in my particular situation (no fault of theirs) they were kind and offered a referral. I will definitely keep them saved in my phone for home projects down the line.

PRC just finished a roof replacement at our residence. Their quote was about the same as other roofers, but their warranty was better. I also had a previous positive dealing with them, so it was an easy choice to hire them again. They did a quality job and provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Calking around windows is cracking and bugs are coming inside the house.

PRC came out to inspect our roof for storm damage and recommended we contact our insurance company. While we are waiting for the insurance company to approve a roof replacement, we called PRC to temporarily put a roof covering over damaged areas. They are very professional and the work was done well.

I had a large window replaced by PRC that has leaked since install. Despite reassurance that it would get fixed, they have done nothing for 8 months. I’ve just gotten the run around. I would not use them again

PRC roofing started my roof a year and a half ago and they still have not finished. I have had three of their project managers tell me that they were going to be the one to finish the job and then when you try and contact them they disappear because they all quit! This must be the worst company to work for since they cannot keep a single person who knows what they’re doing!This is the third review that I have posted on their website and they still have not finished my roof! PRC is the worst contractor I have ever hired!This company has HORRIBLE communication skills and they perform terrible work.I hired PRC in the winter of 2016 after the salesman told me that I needed an estimated $2,600.00 repair on my roof. It took them months to come out to my home. When they finally did come in early Spring 2017, they did a lousy patch job on my roof! When it rained several months later, my roof wasnt only leaking but the ceiling feel through and not only caused holes in my ceilings but, now there was water damage to my walls, doors and floors. I called PRC in October 2017 and informed them that there is mold growing in that part of my house.I have been battling with this problem for over a year and a half with very little cooperation from PRC. They were supposed to come out to my home in March 2018 and replace my door (damaged by the leak in my roof). Their supervisor Dan forgot to pick up my door from the manufacturer and the manufacturer sold it. So I had to wait 2 additional weeks for my door replacement.I still have holes in my ceiling and water damage to the walls. This $2,600.00 roof repair has cost me thousands in damages. PRC is not taking any responsibility for the damages they caused to my house. The people in this company keep passing the buck to each other. Vince blames it on Jermey who blames it on Dan who blames it on Rob who blames it on Vince. And its a vicious cycle.I have repeatedly asked PRC to fix the damage done to my home because of their cheap patch job and I receive very little to NO communication.

After reviewing several different types of roof installations we decided to go with a shingle roof. We then reached out for 3 estimates. While PRC was not the least expensive, we felt they gave the best value for service. They had the best product and the best warranty on both product and labor. Johnathan was the rep who came out and did the estimate and evaluation. We found him to be courteous, professional, and respectful. Tim was the job forman for the install and he was also extremely attentive and professional. The install had a couple of hitches, mostly due to an unexpected cloud burst, but Tim had repairs scheduled before he even left on the day of the install. Doug came back the next week and spent 1/2 the morning reviewing every concern we had. He went out of his way to make sure the repairs were done to our satisfaction, and by the time he left you could not see where the problem had been. You will certainly find cheaper roofing companies if you look, but I dont think you will find better quality and treatment than you will receive from PRC.

PRC has been very professional, my roof looks beautiful. The job was finished promptly and the cleanup was as if they had never been there. They worked with my insurance adjuster for a timely remedy to myroof damage.

PRC just completed my re-roof. It could not have gone any smoother. Recently contracted with PRC for replacement impact windows. The work was completed without a hitch and we are very satisfied with the final result. Daryl, the installer, was very meticulous, and we are very pleased.

PRC replaced our tile roof . The installers did a great job randomizing the tile colors and matching the grout. Craig the project leader went above expectations including noticing previously cracked stucco and scheduling repair. During the install the installers noticed our decorative chimney was rotting and needed replacement . Craig scheduled talented contractors to reproduce the architectural detail and match the paint colors -looks great! Craig responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns to make sure we are pleased with the end result, including extra care to leave the property clean. I would highly recommend PRC.

The team was polite and respectful. Product and installation look great from ground level and up on the roof. I was home during the replacement and monitored the progress for compliance with my contract (i.e. proper prep before underlayment, valleys, etc). Just about 2 months now and Ive been up on the roof, everything is as it should be. I highly recommend PRC.

Hurricane damaged neighborhood. Jeff Arnolds oversaw a Crew of professionals that were thoroughly efficient and detailed from dry-out to instillation. Every board was inspected, replaced or re-nailed to code, new drip edge, new valleys and all vents replaced including new ones added where none had been to improve attic airflow. Impressive too was their cleanliness during and after the job was finished. Highly recommend this Company!!!

Worst company ever. They take advantage of Senior citizens. My aunt received $9k payment in June 2019 to have roof repaired. She paid for her services and as of today no repairs have been done to the roof. Constant calls have been made, no return calls and we have to use a blocked number to access a voicemail. Before this review we contacted the BBB, and are now filing a police report. BEWARE!

PRC was great from beginning to end. I was informed what was coming up and the process was a breeze.

PRC installed my sliding glass door and windows. The quality of work and the professionalism of the workers was incredible. They were not rushing to finish the job to get to the next. Specifically Daryl, he took his time and made my new sliding glass door look like a work of art. I also had them come out and take a look at my roof to see if it needed replacement. Other companies said yes, but PRC said you have at least five more years left. Who does that anymore? That’s what I call integrity.

Window replacement these guys were unable to measure existing windows some off by over a inch. One by 2+ inches. 3 of 11 windows defective won’t open or won’t stay open these are storm rated and not cheap.

Beware they take your money and won’t do the work. They won’t answer calls or return them neither. Payed 9k+ over 5 months and we’re still not schedule to have our roof done. Asked for a refund and they deny us because they claimed they have already purchased the materials. They keep telling us that we’re next in line same story for 2+ months. Stay away from this company and manny

Just started the process of having replacement windows installed.Ms. Jacque was a pleasure to work with as a sales lady.Lead time of 3 to 4 months for install due to covid BS affecting manf. I suppose.If you plan on having replacement windows installed this year, Ya better act fast.I will keep posting as we go thru the process and post pictures once the job is done. So far, so good. (just wish I didnt have to tie up so much money for so long. But that is out of PRCs hands, I guess.)

The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. The representative, Andy, was efficient and kept us up to date on the progress of our order. The installers were professional and very polite. the installation was great and their attention to detail was commendable.

This company is the real deal. They just finished my roof and didexactly what they agreed on. The PM Woody was very responsive to any and all concerns. Cleaned up every day. Excellent experience for me.

I called and set up an appointment. They made it for May 20th great. Then I got a phone call from them saying if tomorrow was okay. I said yes ( Appt was for following week ) Next day they called and said that they got tied up and it would be original appt. I said okay. May 20th, I waited home ALL DAY and they did NOT show up or even call !! Not a great way to start a business relationship !!

The folks at PRC just finished our roof, as well as the installation of a garage exhaust fan and solar tube for our kitchen. From start to finish it has been a very positive experience. The office staff are very pleasant, the sales was a no-pressure, straight forward fair and fact-based meeting. The best part was that despite the mayhem from Hurricane Irma, they started my job on time and finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time...and the roof looks fantastic! All of the workers were efficient, polite and professional. My wife and I are very happy with the end result and all with a fair price. It was the best investment weve made in years! Cant say enough!

Windows came out great, however scheduling and communication was less than stellar. Even though the 2 day job turned into a 4 day job, I did like the results, so I signed a second window contract to do the remaining windows in my home. Each job was approx $10,000.I am now in the middle of the second installation and being told one installer recently left the company and another has back pain and is unable to work. While I know this stuff happens, I expect a larger company to have more than 2 installers. I expect a company to make me a priority when Ive contracted over $20,000 worth of windows to be installed. They chose the sale more jobs today verses sending the salesman (which is their best installer) out to complete my job.To make sure the company ownership was completely aware of the situation, I contacted the Vice President (Mike Livingston) hoping for a resolution. He simply restated the same excuses.At this point I do not recommend using this company. Although seemly larger, they operate like a mom and pop organization and have zero concern that their haphazard scheduling has of people that actually do schedule their lives around jobs. Ive now wasted 3 days of vacation days between the 2 jobs.

PRC was exemplary in every way! We had extensive hurricane damage, windows, doors, balcony, roof, etc. and they made my house whole again. They even came by months after to fix at no cost some soffit damage I had after a hail storm ...no one would come out for such a small job so I was extremely grateful. Customer service is a tough thing to find these days and they were wonderful. Thank you Andy and Rick!

PRC was excellent. Showed up on time, returned every phone call and built an excellent roof. Our home took a major hit from hurricane Michael. I wish PRC could do the entire house. They were great.

Our brand new roof they installed had leaks around the chimneys within 6 months. While it looks beautiful and is covered under warranty, we should not be dealing with roof repairs immediately after replacement.While they checked on it within a couple days, 9 days later they still havent fixed it or provided their solution.

She paid for her services and as of today no repairs have been done to the roof. Constant calls have been made, no return calls and we have to use a blocked number to access a voicemail. Before this review we contacted the BBB, and are now filing a police report. BEWARE!

I am very excited to give an update about PRC. They are a wonderful company. Though there was an issue in the past, they have more than made up for it. I came to learn that the company was going through a major reorganization last fall, weeding out some bad apples. This can happen in any business. PRC has gone above and beyond to make things right for me. Hiring Rick Phelps to run the show along side the top brass has proven to be an excellent move by the company. He is kind, called me regularly, stopped in to personally oversee the repairs, and made sure that superior quality and service was afforded to me and to the project. I cannot rave enough about how great both Rick Phelps and this company are. In fact, PRC went many “extra miles” for me in that they paid for things that were not even part of their original agreement. They re-roofed my flat roof, bought me an expensive hurricane resistant (fantastic) wood and glass door, gutted the room, added a new ceiling, new walls, new thick insulation, fixed an air conditioning issue I had, hauled away old equipment, installed new, fixed an outside hole, re-bricked outside, repainted and added carpeting of my choice to the room. It is gorgeous! In fact, when the Home Depot installers made an error on the carpet install, Rick got that fixed for me too. Be sure to choose PRC for many of your construction needs. Ask for Rick!

Showed up to our house a few days after the hurricane and made a lot of unkept promises. They did a great job on the tarp, but after that, we had major communication issues, and no further work was ever done. We had to choose a different company. We paid for the tarp, and was promised a receipt, which we also never got. We realize the hectic time we were all in after the storm, but a simple 2 minute response to our texts or calls would have made a world of difference. They may do great work, but we will never know.

Office staff very friendly and helpful, proj Jonathan Schroer was our project estimator and Tim Stites was our foreman . Our crew was amazing very punctual very respectful and very neat. From start to finish an excellent experience.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, Property Renovations & Construction came up here to help Panama City and the surrounding areas. A representative spoke to me and asked me if I was in need of roof repair. He showed me a portfolio showing that they have a Florida roofing license and insurance. They quickly had a crew at my house to assess the damage and to protect the house from further damage. They contacted my insurance company quickly and they came to an agreement on a price in a timely manner. Soon they contacted me and asked me to choose my shingles. The roof was done quickly and looks great. Everyone I met from the company was kind and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left my property looking great. I definitely give my recomendation.

PRC was in our neighborhood 3 days after Hurricane Michael. We stopped at their truck and spoke to Jude and Rick. We were so lost at this point and little did we know what a blessing this would be! Rick came to our house within in hour. We suffered extensive roof damage and our roof had started to leak. They had our roof covered before the next rain and our worries lessened. PRC is above the rest! Their honesty is incomparable. We were never misled and we were told the truth the entire time. Jeff has been amazing. His compassion to everything we have went through has been so wonderful. Jeffs knowledge and patience helped us feel at ease and confident in everything PRC was doing. Kraig has followed up on every detail to make sure our every need has been taken care of. If we had a concern or question he came to our house. He made sure to follow up on our tarp, getting back up on the roof personally to made sure it was secure. Tim also has been a great asset to us. Helping with the roof install. They helped us with our insurance, they took care of us and with such love and compassion, you would have thought we were their own family. A huge shout out to the 6 men that installed our roof. They took such care and were very professional. They even made sure to clean our neighbors yards of any debris left behind by our roof. If you need a company to do it right, not cut corners, and to go above and beyond the rest... PRC is the company you should choose.

The roofing installation was done without any quality control. I kept finding wood that was rotten or damaged and requesting pull back what they had done to replace damaged wood. Then the new roof leaked the first time it rained. This type of quality control should be provided by the contractors, not the homeowner. Then there was a secondary project that was to be completed, but after three unreturned calls to schedule this job, I requested they cancel this contract. This is still pending. It should not take this much work to hire a professional to do work on your home. I have requested proof of their General Liability Insurance 3 times, but to date is has not been provided. I have hired multiple other professionals and have not had complaints previously. This is the worst contractor I have worked with in Central Florida!

PRC installed 11 new windows in my home. The estimate was competitive and they even helped lower the price by showing me options available that other competitors didnt. The installers were very professional, installed the windows in the time they said they would. Excellent work & highly recommended!

PRC was in my neighborhood a few days after Hurricane Michael. They had guys tarping to limit further damage. They just finished our roof 2 days ago and have been back twice already to find more nails and to see if we had any issues. Their workers ethic is top notch.

Company did a Good with reaching out to insurance company getting the replacement of cocoa residential house covered ——but needs better communication skills with respect to keeping homeowner informed of timelines. Feel they over scheduled workload and had some days of no shows even when project leader confirmed time/date for crew to be there

Property Renovations and Construction is a wonderful company who really took a lot of time to make sure that they understood exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt be happier with the sales team at PRC - theyre always willing to step in and help out with coordinating insurance needs and stuff. The owner of the company, Brian, stands behind his companys work 100%. Its no wonder that they have an A+ rating with BBB and rank as the #1 for roofers in Brevard. Im a Fan for sure!

The folks at PRC just finished our roof, as well as the installation of a garage exhaust fan and solar tube for our kitchen. From start to finish it has been a very positive experience. The office staff are very pleasant, the sales was a no-pressure, straight forward fair and fact-based meeting. The best part was that despite the mayhem from Hurricane Irma, they started my job on time and finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time...and the roof looks fantastic! All of the workers were efficient, polite and professional. My wife and I are very happy with the end result and all with a fair price. It was the best investment weve made in years! The 2 people I dealt with face-to-face are Randy Fothergill and Woody Walko. I called PRC to visit my home and discuss an insurance claim for hail damage. Randy came to my home and I signed with PRC on that first visit.Randy personally handled PRCs estimate/agreement, window screen repairs and A/C combing out-sourcing to Ranger Air & Heat. Woody was the field manager for the roofing and gutter work. Woody introduced me to the roofers and gutter team; he checked with them and me often to successfully manage their work and my expectations.Both men discussed the work, the schedule, the materials, the experience and expertise of their workforce, and their intent to ensure my wife and I were satisfied when the repairs were complete. Excellent service.If you have read this far, you may be looking for a repair company you can trust. Until I met Randy, I wasnt sure any roofer in the Melbourne area was a safe bet. I know online reviews can be fake and mean-spirited, but my son recently experienced an extended period of incompetence and unprofessional behavior from everyone associated with a highly rated local roofing company. I was not going to tolerate a whiff of dishonesty or inattention to service. I trusted Randy right away and he never failed to meet my expectations.Woody is the field manager you should request when you do business with PRC. He is experienced, friendly, thorough, ...kind of like an adult Eagle Scout.

As an experienced professional, I have worked with PRC for many years, what I have noticed about there quality of work, had been below average. Customer service has been terrible with customers. Once contracts have been signed, customers have been put on the back burner, with out phone calls or reaching out. Management is not any better. Rick P is the general manager of this company, whome was a basic janitor before hand, I found that was making a customer believe that there was quality in projects when in fact there are pictures to prove quality was below average. When customers were unhappy, Mr. Phelps would then drastically lower the price in order to have them put good reviews so it didnt affect business. Goes to show the level of expertise and knowledge.In fact Mr Harre, the owner is more of a sales man than he is a customer oriented individual. Selling ice to an eskimo is a term they use. The individuals that were hired for management is a reflection of the company directly. Perfect planning prevents poor performance!!!!!!! Once again be aware of dealing with certain contractors, this being one of them.

Following the chaos and confusion of Hurricane Michael in Panama City, PRC arrived ready to get peoples roofs replaced. With everything you hear about contractors coming in following a natural disaster I was more than skeptical to trust anyone. We needed to be dried in following the storm and when the preferred vendor from our insurance never returned my calls I saw the work of PRC in the neighborhood and decided I would give them a chance. They arrived early the next morning and got us dried in before a big rain came through. Weve now had our roof complete for a few days and we are 100% satisfied with what we have seen so far. The salesman Vince and project manager Kraig were incredible to work with and never hesitated to talk with me when I had one of my many questions. Ive been so happy that we decided to trust PRC with our roof replacement.
