Truck rental was fast and easy the truck was almost brand-new in great condition everything went smoothly.

If I could leave More stars I would. Ive rented from this location a few times but the level of service I received this time around from Stephen Huffman, whom Ive met for the first time, was bar none. Stephen went over and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and addressed all concerns I had. Upon my return with the vehicle, I stopped at the entrance to transfer my belongings to my personal vehicle, Stephen walked all the way and met me at entrance. He walked the distance to prevent me from having to walk all the way back to my vehicle, this is next level service. I dont usually write reviews but this time I had.

I rented a cargo van from Enterprise Truck Rental in Melbourne Florida recently, and the process could not have been easier, from pick-up to drop-off. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived, and it took minutes to complete the transaction.All of the associates there who assisted me, not with just the pick-up, and return, but also the ones who fielded my several phone calls in between, were knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and polite.Customer Service there is obviously not something just spoken about, it is practiced throughout the team. Booked a truck online at the last minute and it wasnt available. Understandably the site is not the individual stores fault. Had to go out to Cocoa to get a truck from their other location but they didnt charge me for mileage and the staff was super friendly helping me understand how to work the air breaks. Highly recommend. Will use again in the future.

The trucm was ready when i picked it up, it gave me no problems and you could tell it was well maintained.

Had truck trouble with our company vehicle, got to the Melbourne office and the guys there couldnt have been better. They didnt have the truck we needed in such short notice but went above and beyond to get us to a location that did.
