My entire backyard is full of fecal and urine. Harbor Septic put in my septic system, I’ve had issues since day 1. My drainage field hasn’t worked correctly ever and that’s why my backyard fills with fecal and urine. I have 2 dogs that can’t go outside because they could get sick and die from the waste in the yard. I have to constantly deal with the foul smell coming from my backyard when I’m on the porch. Come to find out harbor septic put in a 3 bedroom septic system into my 4 bedroom house. They never got the final inspection done, and they refuse to resolve the situation. I have had to have different septic companies come out and constantly pump my tank for $280 because of the poor job this company did with my system. The companies’ that have come out and pumped the tank have said “ I have never seen such a horrible septic system installed in my career“. I have talked to the owner Keith several times, and he hasn’t taken my problem serious whatsoever. Please do not use this company, I don’t want anyone to have to deal with what me and my family are dealing with.

Harbor Septic did a great job of installing an entirely new septic system for us. We especially liked that their service included doing the electical wiring for the lift station, as another company said that part of the job was on us. And Harbor Septic handled the permitting process. Another company we asked for a quote from wanted $975 to get the permit before they would even give us a quote. Would definitely use Harbor Septic again.

Harbor septic did a great job replacing my drain field. They were quick to get me a quote and got the job done in a day once the permit was ready. Their guys were trustworthy and helpful. Prices were fair. Id recommend Harbor Septic to anyone having Septic issues.

Chris and Alex serviced our system today. They were absolutely outstanding — professional, cordial, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed why our previous company was pumping out the system so often — they were taking shortcuts. This is HANDS DOWN the best experience Ive ever had with any business! We were told we needed a new drain field by another company that came and poked around a few times and took one scoop out of our yard to see that sewage was bubbling up. We called Harbor Septic after hearing the name mentioned by someone and reading reviews. We called mid-morning and they had guys out here within an hour. The guys dug multiple places deeper out and realized we had crushed pipes. They stayed quite a while and worked hard out there. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They sent pictures to the owner and he came himself to follow up with us and take a look the next day. He came with our septic permit from the builder in-hand that he had gone out of his way to pull before coming so he would know our septic layout. He dug out soil samples to check the drain field and discovered most of our drain field had never been used (confirming the pipe problems). He was VERY honest about price and guided my husband on how to fix it himself. We contacted him with questions afterwards and he answered every time. I have never had such a good, honest encounter with a business owner. If it does turn out we need more work done, we will absolutely be calling him! His office receptionist, crew, and he himself were all extremely professional and just overall very kind. The reviews we read are 100% correct giving Harbor five stars!

Absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for! They showed up within an hour! From the time I called until the time they left, the customer service was amazing. Im a former employee and have to say the owner Keith is very fair and knowledgeable regarding the industry. He isnt there to cut corners but to do the job correctly the first time. You simply have to respect that. If hes told you something, or agreed to additional work, you can expect that to be performed as agreed. I no longer work for him due to personal circumstance and not anything he or the company has done.
