Do not buy from these people. Problems from the moment I bought my home. O had to hire electricians and plumbers to fix they shoddy work. They refused to fix. Theywhen told about the deficiencies the said its as is.... on a brand new home your expect things to break after 1 year. Now our ac is down too. And they were extremely rude when we tried to tell them about the problems. Find a more reputable company

Bought our home in 2018 BRAND NEW and we have had issue after issue. The builders do not return phone calls. And when we report the issues, we are told the house was as is Which is funny because dont new homes come with warranties? I would NEVER use this builder

We built our house with Stanley Homes while living in Tampa and throughout the start of the pandemic. Andrea and Jimmy were great about communicating with us regarding updates and made the entire process easy while we werent in town to check on the house. We ran into an issue at the beginning of the process that wasnt Stanley Homes fault- and they worked with us to remedy the situation immediately. We truly appreciated how they handled everything and are so happy with our home. Jimmy, our construction manager, paid very close attention to the details of our home and made sure everything was perfect upon move in. Id recommend Stanley Homes to anyone moving into the area or that wants to build a new home!

From the time we found this house to the final closing the entire process was efficient and professional. We were pleased how everything was closely monitored and completed on time. We had been looking in the area for several years and we had concerns and wanted several qualities in our final home. And we found them in a Stanley home. We would highly recommend Stanley Homes. We were able to make changes to the floor plan and also a three car garage which other builders will not do at all. We were out of Florida for the entire build of the house and were very pleased to hear from Jimmy, the Construction Manager with updates and also Andrea, the Sales Consultant/Realtor who even emailed pictures of the progress of the build. Nicky, Administrative Assistant answered all of our questions, which were many. The entire Stanley Homes team is very professional. They build a quality home for a fair price. The home they built for my family and I is the secound biggest mistake of my life! We are three years in to the home and its literally falling apart. Every 3 square feet of our home that we paid a pretty penny for has failure. Find a better way trust me not worth it....

We have been in our home just over three years now and it seems like one problem after another, or I am running into items where corners were skipped. I feel like I shouldnt be having these nuisances with a new home. If I had to do the whole thing again I would not use Stanley as I havent been impressed with the quality and accountability.

Could not be happier with our new home! We have built new construction before so we know things can be stressful at times but this process went very smoothly. Our construction manager even finished our home ahead of schedule which was a big deal for us and always kept us informed on the building process. When my wife and I decided it was time to downsize from the beautiful home we had built in 2001 we began looking in an area from Melbourne through Viera. We found a lot of homes in our price range but my wife Barbara was never happy with the kitchens until we saw the Key Largo model in Alamanda Key. We were told that Stanley Homes was a custom builder and that we could make changes. We chose the Key West model and made extensive changes. We not only substituted the Key Largo kitchen but modified that as well. We made the dining room part of the great room/kitchen area by changing the full wall to a knee wall. We turned the living room area into a Den/Office as we rarely used our formal living room in the past. We added a hers walk in closet in the master bedroom instead of the sitting area, eliminated the tub in the master bathroom making a large shower area with a large linen closet. The his closet is also a walk in. We also added a third car garage and a screened in patio. We could not have made these changes in any of the other homes we looked at. Building a custom home took longer than a cookie cutter house but the house was what we wanted not someone else’s selections, not just a cookie cutter house with a few choices. Now that our furniture is in and we are finally getting settled, it is finally a home, a “happy home”.When the home was finished we needed a wind mitigation report for our home owners insurance so we hired an inspector to do a complete inspection of the house. In short his extensive report concluded that our Stanley home was a very well built house and was completely up to code. The cost of the inspection was well worth the money we saved in our insurance cost per year not to mention the peace of mind it gave us.We would highly recommend Stanley Homes.Walter & Barbara Ledig

They have no common courtesy for neighboring house holds when building in residential areas. They start before 7 am with generators, hammers, and power tools! Lord help you if you have babies or work nights! Very rude!
