Guy came out the weeks ago, installed anchors on my second story. Filled in some holes I had made around my first floor windows. Well... Irma is here EVERY anchor pulled right out as I tried to put up my shutters. Once I realized they were pulling out, sure thing, I could pull them out with my hand. Is been over 24hrs and no return phone call. This guy does not know what he is doing. Dont make the same mistake I did. All the patch work was still wet in the holes 3 weeks later.I will be calling the Business Bureau and looking at taking him to small claims court.Matt- if you want me to take down this factual review - give me a call and lets work something out. Part of owning a business is owning up to shotty work and making it right. Of course not taking on a job you do not know how to do would help in the first place. ... (or maybe you knew how and just chose not to which means your character is extremely poor)

My hurricane shutter recently broke. We got personalized service with great communication from Jack the owner. He was helpful and even called back several times just to check up to make sure things were OK. Very knowledgeable, sincere, and hands on to get the job done. Thanks for the great service!!!! I recommend highly. Will be my first call when and if my shutters need help/

Matthew Teitelman showed up from All Shutter Maintenance. Wrote a proposal for $1450. I gave him $620 to start work but he wont return phone calls or contact me in any way. I consider the money stolen at this point. This guy is a crook

Called the owner Matthew Teitelman, he came out and cleaned and fixed a couple shutters. He said he needed to order a new part for one and so I paid for everything. He has yet to get back to me (I’ve called and let numerous messages). He didn’t clean up nor did he remove the items he took down (which he stated he would once he came back to install the new part). DO NOT TRUST, PAY, or HIRE this guy...I too will be contacting the BBB...

Matt removed our shutters during construction and was supposed to have them stored and then reinstalled. Turns out he is now in jail for drug charges and the shutters are nowhere to be found. Police report submitted to IHB police. Stay away from this thief.
