Very nice building, with great views of downtown Melbourne, parking garage is a bit tight but manageable

If you are heading South on US1, turning LEFT at the LIGHT will provide an immediate RIGHT into the parking garage; so use your blinker. Heading South passed the light may be a little tricky but you can go passed the entrance and turn right about 100yds down then turn around and comeback to the garage. You can enter from the garage or take the sidewalk to the front of the building off US1 and enter there.Amazing views from this building!!

Great office facility. Well maintained, good selection of spaces. Fantastic location.

Office building next to the water with fantastic views. I little dated but I have notice them doing upgrades in the common areas. Walking distance to downtown Melbourne.
