After a difficult weekend saying goodbye to a dear aunt, my mind was scattered and I left some items at my hotel. They use Stop n Mail to return the items and I had the pleasure of meeting Christina via phone. She was a pleasure and so personable. It was a refreshing experience that proved people are still courteous and willing to go above and beyond. My items were all returned quicker than anticipated and in good condition. Highly recommend!

Damaris is exceptional with her mailing and business services. She is our go to notary for all business and family related matters. She is always available, answers her phone, and is there in a moments notice. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and she even went out of her way to stop at my grandmas to help her with document services with no notice. You can’t find that level of service anymore. Book Damaris and her company for your business service needs, time is of the essence and she gets it. We highly recommend her.

Went to Stop N Mail this morning to print my Income tax this morning and Susanne, the owner, took care of everything. She was kind and efficient. The shop is quaint with local artists wares for sale as well as all shipping needs. Great experience!!

Under new ownership. The staff is friendly and helpful in boxing and shipping items. Ive used them frequently to drop off packages or ship items sold on eBay, as there is no line like youd run into at the post office (though expect to pay a small upcharge for the service and convenience).

Super nice and helpful but I went in to send my laptop off for repairs and of course you would want to ensure a MacBook Pro..it’s over $1000 New so I ensured mine accordingly. One of the workers asked me if I was sending it to a business or a residential address. Then she says the only reason she’s asking is because the insurance is only if it’s lost in transit 😑 -_- why would I pay the repair place $100 them almost $50 for shipping it out to claim it was lost going to a residential address?! That 600 bucks can’t even buy me a used Mac! Never again...

It‘s a nice little shop in Melbourne, the personal is very polite and the new owner is great. I think its best in Melbourne.

Never received the tracking number by email as Jane advised I would received. I paid $48.00 for what she wrote on the receipt as FedEx 2nd day BUT my package wasnt delivered until 4 business days later. I was told by Jane on Wed. 9/7/16 that the package would be delivered on Fri. 9/9/16 but it didnt get delivered until Tues 9/13/16. I now have a very angry employer that I have to deal with. I will never go back to this location for any of my shipping needs.
