Clean. Air conditioning. Nice machines that all lock while running. A very pleasant place to do a not so great chore.

The start are not very nice sometimes, but the building and the washing and dryer machines work good and theres always space and units open

Pretty good laundromat. They dont have Dexter Pay at this time. Change machine or atm across the street. Gets busy. Adequate parking lot. Coffe and wifi. Great staff.

Clean location however the machines claim to be able to handle 3 or 5 loads when they can really only fit 1 or 3 etc. I think they misrepresent the size the machines can actually hold. One instance the dryer was broken and they did give me my money back but the attendant got upset with me for not checking the heat was working. Recommend start dryer wait one minute open it to make sure it is hot then add more coins once confirmed. I was told that was my responsibility so I was a little perplexed by that. Again, they did refund my money but gave me attitude when I haven’t ever had to use public laundry service before. I just assumed if it would take my money that it would be working. All in all I have continued to return so I’m not going to beat-up the place or staff for that one incident.

Great Experience at Flamingo Laundry Center this Week ! After a Month long boating trip I had plenty of laundry to be done . All the towels, bedding linens, sheets etc. Bundled everything up & dropped it off at the Laundry Center for pick up Next day . All the Laundry was folded & bagged neatly & professionally .Their service was outstanding & saved me so much time ! Good Job ! Flamingo Laundry ! You will be highly recommended . Captain Mike

The laundromat itself is alright. The staff are helpful for the most part. One lady here clearly hates her job, and I have heard her berate customers because their dryers dont always dry everyeverything 100%. In her world you are supposed to put 1 quarter in at a time and wait. Not sure what world they do that on, but it isnt earth.

The place is always clean. The lights are on and working. The staff is wonderful.

Always clean, always enough washers and driers for everyone. Bathrooms are pleasant and clean. The employees are polite, and accommodating. Wether I do my laundry myself or have my laundry done by them they do outstanding!

It is a nicer environment....not so run down....they have more if the larger washers, I have a large family. Also clean and they were helpful. Will be going again. In and out of there.

A very large, clean, and well kept laundromat. This my first visit and I was impressed as soon as I walked through the automatic door. Attendant was friendly and offered me coffee. You can have your clothes done for a price, by dropping them off. That is a nice service to offer. You can also get dry cleaning done if needed. Decent prices for a laundromat. There are vending machines for detergents and sodas.

Came here to do our laundry for the camper. They had a nice and clean facility, updated machines, and the staff was readily available to help as needed!

My husband and I have been coming to flamingo laundry for a while now the ladies have been awesome & helpful & gave 5 stars BUT TUESDAY ThE 23 A nEW LAdY WAS THERE & Got an attitude cuz my husband dropped some dryers sheets when collecting our stuff she made a SMART comment... we have never ever not cleaned up after we get everything

I am very wary of laundromats that are in certain areas, and look inside cautiously to be sure its clean and in good order. Driving in, i had a slight hesitation, but went in and was very impressed. Very clean, all machines were working, the attendant was busy cleaning and sweeping, so that was a visible effort. I enjoyed my visit and when needed, will go back.

Its nice and clean, but I travel for work and been to a lot of laundromats across the state, this has to be one of the more expensive ones.

Its reasonably clean and NO creepy characters! A staff member is there all the time when its open. It is handicapped accessible and used by handicapped people. It has a restroom. Has a laundry sink so you can quickly rinse soap off your hands or work on a stain you didnt see. Has scattered seating, & seating area near desk with TV. Drinks, snacks and laundry supplies in vending machines. Additional laundry supplies at desk. Change machines. The workers are helpful and nice. They also provide professional laundering and/or ironing. NO DRY CLEANING. The parking area is on the small side.

I have used the laundry several times, today I decided to jump the weekend rush and do My laundry today Friday Morning 10/09/2020 I have a service emotional support dog, he is a yorkie mix and he is very friendly and he sits there on his leash as I do My laundry I need my dog as when My husband died of Cancer at the age of 57 this year it left me scarred emotionally drained and I still am as I watched My Soul Mate waste away from Pancreatic Cancer, any way I went in as normal and for the first time the owner forced me to leave as he does not allow service dogs or guide dogs of any kind, I had $10 in My machines ready to wash and so left $109 out of Pocket and felt anxious and threatened by his mannerism, I suggest to everyone not to go here if you support service animals as the owner does not and the way I was treated was disgusting, I have reporter this Laurette to the US Service Animals.org a government group. Refusing Entry to any one with a Service animal is against the law!

Gotta give a shout-out to the light hair older lady that is normally running the place!!!Very honest person.I found $300 in my laundry that I forgot to check. I told her if she finds anymore in the lint trap, to keep it for herself. She said no way that’s your money, she said wait a sec, she took the front panel off the machine and found the other $600 cash that got past the trap.Thank you soo much!!

Excellent service! Fast efficient and very professional. I had sensitive items that needed cleaned yet treated with the utmost care and thats exactly what I got! The hostess or worker who received and delivered my items was very friendly and Charming and I will choose this place again when I need to have items dry cleaned or just washed and dried when I do not have time or space to do it myself. Everything was folded perfectly and separated sealed and delivered to the counter with perfection.

This laundromat is great. My dryer broke recently so I needed a centrally located place with dryers that was clean and no wait time.Thank goodness I found Flamingo. Their dryers do a nice job, the place is spotless, the coin changers work, there are plenty of baskets and Jennifer at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful! Highly recommend!

Took a great big rug here. This place is awesome. Its super clean and not at all sketchy like some laundromats can be. They have great big washers from 2X to 7X loads. Really friendly attendants.

I have been going to this laundromat for 5-6 years and it is a really good one. It has A/C which is definitely a plus and the attendants are all friendly. There are plenty of washers and dryers for everyone. Just an overall great place!

Love this place. Cool, clean and good machines. Up to seven loaders! Staff working at the dry cleaning section can give you Bill change, and then there are change machines right there. But you will need to bring cash!

Very clean and cold air conditioning! Plenty of machines in different sizes, for everyone. A respectable clientele also! Family orientated! Also, a sitting area with t.v. Not to pricey for machine service! Five (regular size load), six (bigger loads)and eight dollars (commercial loads) for washing. 25 cents for 15 minutes of drying. Very hot dryers!

Nice and clean place! It seems to offer both self service and full service laundry. Hours are decent but not 24 hours.

This place has clean, well kept facilities with many different size washers for whatever your needs are. The staff is courteous and easy to approach with answers to your questions. It is affordable and I understand they have a special time each week for the homeless to come in and wash clothes for free. I have yet to be unhappy with this place and the hours they are available works for any shift of employment besides being on the bus line. They are located in an area that has many stores close enough to walk to.Being disabled now, it is sometimes difficult for me to do 4 loads of laundry at one time and the price per pound for them to do for me is extremely reasonable with a turnover within 24hrs.

This is a very clean and comfortable laundry. The staff there were very pleasant and very helpful. I had a problem with my washer not crediting the money I put in and was reimbursed without question by a very nice attendant.

Wierd lady working laundromat. Singled me out, asked me if I was doing laundry there. I wouldnt be there if I wasnt. Didnt say that but maybe should have. Then she starts mumbling at me. She might be racist I think. Not the first time this has happened. Will be last time I go there.

Cleanest laundrymat in town. However this morning the attendant was very rude when my daughter in law had trouble with a dryer not working for her. The attendant even muttered about her using 3 quarters instead of testing it with one. I guess we should assume they dont work. Now its either go to a laundrymat not as clean or put up with rudeness.

Best public laundry in West Melbourne. Staff on duty, lots of washer and dryers, never a wait. Bring cash, but change machines are on premises. 2.75 washer, 3.00 6.00 and 8.00 oversized loads. Dryers run got and fast 25cents=15 min.

Had to do laundry while waiting for washer and dryer for new home. This place is well tended and has plenty of washers and dryers. Safe and open late.

It was clean and well lit. An attendant was on duty. All of the washers and dryers are in working order. Some laundromats can feel kind of sketchy, but I didnt get that vibe there.

I can’t believe the horrible experience we just had there. My equipment home broke so I am not a usual customer of laundromats. We entered the facility at approximately 842 and the attendant Approached us on entering concerned that we wouldn’t be able to finish our laundry before the 10 PM closing time. I assured her that even if my laundry was not completed I would be out of the facility before closing time. She continued to approach me an additional three times stating that she felt that I was there too late in the day and she needed to be sure to leave at 10 o’clock. Each time I assured her that I would not hold her up and we had more than an hour left before closing. It got to the point where I told her to please let me worry about the time and to please stop her continued questionng and again promised that I would be out by 10 and that continuing to address the issue it was slowing me down and not helpful. Approximately five minutes till 9 PM she came up to me screaming that she would not allow me to load any additional washers because it says right on the door the last load is 9 PM. I again assured her that I would be out of the facility by 10 even if my wash was wet and to please stop harassing me. I reminded her that it was not yet 9 PM. She then went to every other patron in the facility discussing with them her concerns that I would not be out of there by 10 PM.We made the decision that her behavior was escalating to the point where I was uncomfortable and that we will be leaving as soon as our wash was complete without drying there. As I’m trying to load my car with wet clothes she locked the door with my 13 y/o child still in the building. She left the door locked and did not stay to let me back in and out of the building. I entered the building by pushing on the door and continue to load my car. When I reentered the building again she began screaming at me yet again saying that I was going to break the door and I have no business pushing on a locked door. She then proceeded to approach my child with this same abusive behavior. I asked her to stop her behavior and to please just leave us alone that we would be out of her building as soon as possible and reminded her that it was unacceptable to leave me outside with my child in the building while I was loading my car and it was not safe for anyone involved. I reminded her that she should not be locking my child in the building while I was trying to load my car. She stated it was her policy to lock the door. I told her that she was to stop screaming at my child. She was unaware that my child is a fragile type one diabetic and has placed her in a situation that I could not get to go her should an medical emergency occur. We were out of the facility by 9:30 PM which was 1/2 hour earlier than the closing time. Words cannot express how dumbfounded I am as to the behavior of harassment and abuse I just experienced at this facility. I will be contacting the supervisor and I will be escalating it to the Better Business Bureau.

Went there specifically to wash a white work shirt. Washed said shirt with only whites. It came out HORRIBLE. Dark spots all over it. I asked the attendant about it and she said its sweat marks. Um...NOBODY sweats in polka dots. I will NEVER go there again. I work for the USPS and I will spread the word. Stay away or risk ruining your clothes.

I’ve been doing laundry at this place for about a year now. I overlooked a lot of issues with the place including the smell of cigarettes, because it’s close to my house. Today I dropped off my laundry and decided to take my dogs home because it was too hot to keep them in the car, but by the time I came home and drop the dogs off apparently somebody showed up and decided that the machine I was using was her favorite, despite the fact that there is nearly 100 machines available that are not being used. I came back to the to the shop to realize that the owner took it up in his hands to take my laundry out with his gross hands, place it in a basket in assume that it was OK for him to touch it. I was gone less than an hour. Go to any laundry mat but not flamingo laundry

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. They offer laundry service. Large 5 load washers for comforters and blankets. Cost per load is same for any water temperature wash. Costs per load depending on the machine are from $3 to $7 for wash and about $0.25/6 minutes for dryers. Occasionally quarters dont fall down in slot when inserting ...just click on coin return button. They have a small seating area, tv, and main entry is sensored to open automatically upon entering and leaving, so no worrying about having to put down your laundry to open a door.

I usually do write reviews; however, I want to give credit, where credit is do. I had my Guest-room Bedding laundered here, and I was a little worried it would return faded; as well as, covered with those little fabric balls (from being washed together, to save time), but they ALL came out PERFECT:) AWESOME-Sauce!!!!THANK YOU KIM!!!!

You really need to educate your employees on what they can and cannot ask a disabled person with a service animal. I was there with my boyfriend who has a service dog who was clearly marked. The employee (African American woman) demanded to see the papers on the service animal, or we would have to leave. We are not required to show those papers.

We were at this laundry 9 days ago and loaded up 5 washers (we are camping) and put the money in and soon realized there was no warm or hot water !! Sure, there are some soaps you can buy for cold water but we dont wash in cold water - would you wash your hands in cold water. We were told the hot water heater had some problems and they get it fixed. They did give our money back for the cold water. Now, we just called them 9 days later, today, and the hot water heater has not been fixed. When we walked into the Laundromat the first time the attendant did not tell us about the problem before we loaded up. Call these people first before you go there unless you like a cold water wash !!

I was going to rate this place a 5star and write a rave review until I came in today and the machine wouldnt take my money. No biggie, but I was concerned that I put detergent and liquid bleach in the machine and the next person to use it may ruin their clothes should they put in delicate or dark. The attendant was more concerned with having to get off her cell to listen then proceeded to try and put me down that I didnt know how to use the machines because I didnt beat on the coin feeder for it to register my money. .. she said you must be new.Weve lived in our RV for almost two years and Ive have to go to laundry mats Ive never had to beat the coin feeder even on older beat up machines in some pretty crappy places.Ill go back to one of those places from now on and pay more. At least the attendant was courteous.

This place might be a little more expensive but that is because they use proper water in the machines and that is very costly. So if you want your clothes CLEAN go there.. I have been using many laundromats around Melbourne/Palm Bay, so I decided to rate them and let people know!

I am at the laundry center now! I paid $7 to wash my sheets and bedding. Using washer 5D, the washing machine had a minimal amount of water in the machine until it reached 21 min. I informed the worker about the problem and she said that there was nothing she could do!! So now I have wasted my $7 because without water it is NOT WASHING MY SHEETS AND BEDING!! I just dont understand!

I agree with McLean remark. I was there that day and the dark skin lady was on her call and didnt pay attention to the customers which comes first. Is been over a MONTH and no TV there is no reason the OWNER WHICH I HAVE KNOWN IS A CHEAP ASS. I have moved my cleaning down the road has a.c. WiFi and is cheaper. There has been anorak in the ceiling for over. Year this shows you how CHEAP the OWNER is that he doesnt get a professional to fix it. So on this note I am gone hope every one notes and make their experience remarks and about them having detergent on hand is half ASS detergent. They charge 10 dollars for a dollar worth basket what a RIP off but cantnfix ceiling dripping water that anyone can slip and fall.

Today I came with my daughter and kids and my 3yr old was just looking at washer and the African American lady toched him and said he was being wild and rude and that I need leave and not only my grandchild also so another Mexican lady this place is racist only Mexican people she needs too leave shes black, with red hair idk her name but she a racist woman.
