Im disappointed with my entire experience here. This review is long but I highly recommend that any prospective buyers read it before purchasing anything from this location. My family has shopped at this store (and spent quite a bit of money) since I was a child and it pains me to have to write this:I bought my wedding ring here a few months ago, it was not sized properly by the saleswoman so I had it resized. (The first picture shows how truly beautiful the ring *was* before all of this happened)When I got it back, the outer/top band of white gold was completely loose and detached from the base of yellow gold. The top section of white gold was so loose, that it would spin independently of the yellow gold base. With enough effort, the white gold layer could have probably been slipped off the ring altogether. (See the second picture for what it looked like after they resized it)I asked them to please fix it so that the pieces were together like they were when I purchased it.This time, when I got it back, there were very obvious soldering/welding marks/beads where the top white gold layer was fused to the bottom yellow gold. I asked them to please take it back and fix it again.They eventually called after a month and a half (without any updates throughout this time) and presented me with a ring that initially looked great. After about 12 to 24 hours, there were obvious oxidation marks (or blemishes) that started appearing around the entire ring. I dont know much about metals under high heat, but I can tell that they just tried to salvage this ring as much as they could and likely burned it or something in the process. (See the third picture for what it looked like about a day after I got it back)What started as a beautiful, $900 ring now looks like a $50 ring that has been burned, left outside for days, and/or passed down three generations. During this entire process, I had only worn the ring for about 24 cumulatively. I work from home - typing on a keyboard and hardly leaving my house - so it wasnt simply average wear and tearIm just trying to share my personal experience, in hopes that others like me will think twice about buying anything from here. It seems they only care about making sales. If they would have sized me correctly in the first place, this would have never happened. I had a feeling the ring was too big when I got it but the saleswoman swore that it fit just fine.When I brought it back into the store the first time for resizing, they charged me for it and stated, well, the size of peoples fingers change all the time, but I have a class ring that Ive been wearing for 12 years and it has always fit perfectly. Likewise, even if it was the case that my finger changed sizes over the course of a month (which it didnt), that doesnt excuse their poor resizing, shoddy craftsmanship, and effectively non-existent quality assurance.Add to that theyre lack of regard for something I truly loved and purchased through them with trust, and Im deeply upset with how this has all gone.

I went into the Kay jewelers in Melbourne square mall. The girl was Roos didn’t even say good morning. I went to see a racket to change the one my daughter bought me . She offered me a bracelet for $600 more said it was more money to upgrade its not even used in the box with receipt. I feel she didn’t offer me enough options was rood the receipt is two months old so what never will purchase anything again even after telling her I had cancer didn’t even respond ! Not great customer satifucation At All!

I used to like this place. Until I walked in there like I had no money. Custom service was rude. I went to Reeds instead across the way and spent twice the amount I wanted too. But was happy with the customer service and what I purchased. I wouldnt waste time. I would prefer and will shop at Reeds before going to Kays!!!!

The gentleman that helped me was wonderful but the manager, with dark hair, was rude! She spoke to the older hispanic man very rudely. When I got there I went up to the counter where you pay because I just needed to pick up my ring and she was sitting there on the phone, which very much sounded like a personal call, completely ignoring me, so I walked over by where the guy was standing and he asked what I needed so I told him and walked back by where I was standing she finally got off the phone at that point and asked what I needed so I told her the guy was helping me I just needed to pick up my ring.

Worst Jewelry Store ever experience ever, Go into the store to order a Necklace for my wife, Promised week before Christmas 2020 called on expected arrival date, Not here yet, went in the next day to check...Now it expedited to be delivered February 2021. Paid Cash at Full price, found out by over hearing one of the sales people, If you dont ask for the sale price, you dont get it. Came back to ask for a refund, no cash in the store. OK Ill be back tomorrow. Nope still no cash, they can send a check from Corporate. Sale Manager was rude, Sales personal tried... Never again.

This Kay Jewelers is conveniently located in the Melbourne Square Mall, near the food court. Kay Jewelers has a variety of jewelry for every occasion. All of my jewelry comes from Kays. And I love that you can customize any piece to make it your own. They even give you discounts on top of other discounted prices. The staff members are extremely helpful and tries to make sure you leave fully satisfied. If youre having trouble finding that perfect gift I recommend going to Kays Jewelers.

Excellent service great selection. I trust the management at this location. Best Kay I have ever visited overall. I sent a wedding ring and band to have a diamond replaced under warranty and also polished and cleaned. It came back looking better than new. Very impressed with my multiple experiences at this location.

My husband wanted to upgrade my bridal set & Chris helped us pick out the most beautiful Neil Lane piece! Rude staff with a socially woke attitude. This will be the last time I ever walk into this companies premises. I ended up spending my greenbacks at the diamond brokers of Florida in the shopping center across the street from the mall, where I found a much larger quality diamond for my wife with a 25% savings.

Do not trust this store! About a month after getting married, I took my engagement ring in to have it cleaned and have the diamond checked. The woman at the counter told me my diamond was getting ready to fall out and how I needed to send it away immediately and not wear it. Knowing how jewelry repairs can be costly, I took my ring off until I could get it repaired. When visiting family out of state, they suggested I take my ring in for a second opinion at a jewelers they trusted. Come to find out, my diamond was NOT lose by any means, and my ring was in perfect condition. I also found out that Kay Jewelers has a policy where the associates are required to have so many repairs every day - whether the jewelry needs it or not. They are actually taught to hold the rings in ways that makes it appear something is wrong. Who knows what they would have done with my ring once the took it to repair it. So, not only did they make it so a newlywed was terrified to wear her own diamond ring, but they also lied straight to my face. This is horrible business practice and I would warn anyone against a store that treats its customers this way.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Kay’s. It is the forever us ring.I was sized by one of the employees who said I was a size 4 and that they would have to order that since They don’t carry that size. I picked my engagement ring up and it was perfect. We then ordered the matching wedding band, since they fit together I went ahead and had them soldered together which is something the sales consultant at Melbourne mall recommended so it’s one piece. Again I had to wait to get it in since I’m a size 4. When I went to pick up the ring. It didn’t look like it was fitting together correctly it seemed a little off. I asked the lady if that was how it’s supposed to look she assured me it was correct. I took my rings and wore them got married with them photos and all. Last month I was in vero and took my set into the lady to have it inspected and cleaned. I asked the lady to take a look at it and told her how the fit was bothering me. That’s when she informed me, it was soldered together upside down and that the two rings were two different sizes. She pointed out the gaps that would be fixed the prong that shouldn’t be showing then said I would have to send it out to be Unsoldered and resized. I’m extremely upset. How could they have made such a huge mistake with my wedding band and then lie to me about it. I will attach photos, I’m so heartbroken. My ring won’t even look like the ring in my wedding photos. Unacceptable!!
