Got home from my waxing experience this evening, look in the mirror and have multiple areas where it looks like my skin was torn off and there are still multiple areas that still have hair! I will be calling tomorrow to speak with management.

Mixed reviews about this location… I had one great wax with Kristie but all other experiences have been extremely poor. The facility is clean, but some of the wax specialists seem lazy and do sloppy work. I’ve had to go home and finish the job multiple times. I reached out to speak with management about my experience and was blown off. I suggest Cocoa Beach Waxing in CB.

Horrible. Walked in at 11 am told have an 1145 appointment. I take it. The text me at 1146 my suite is ready. I walk in 7 minutes later, told Im too late. I ask how? Did someone wait and take my spot?? Nope. We just wont take you after 9imutes. When I show them my phone and time they could care less? 2 people sitting doing nothing? Wax person also behind a door doing nothing? Oh boy if that was MY business?

OH MY LORD!! Hailee at the front desk is so professional and so nice and Kristie is THE BEST WAXER IVE EVER HAD IN THE 7 YEARS IVE BEEN WAXING!!!! I love her so much! She gets booked up pretty quickly so make an appointment a week out! Love love love her.

Clean, well staffed, very professional! Ive found my new favorite wax center! I used to drive to Orlando (because a good waxer is worth the drive!) But I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Very comfortable! Thank you and see you next month!

Ive been coming to this location for over a year now and I absolutely love it. Its so clean and theyre always on time. I make appointments with Lorrie and shes 100% the best. I 10/10 recommend visiting her. Lauren at the front desk is also amazing. These ladies go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable :)

I am from out of town but use a EWC back home. They had plenty of availability and my waxer (name started with an A) was great and super friendly.It was clean and everyone wore masks! 👍🏼 I also appreciated the fact that no one tried to upsell their products.

MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST EVER. CONDISENDING AND HAVE NEVER WAXED. RUDE AND WILL WAX EVEN WHEN HEALTH CONCERNS MAY BE ME A REAL ISSUE. THEY KNOW BETTER. BOOOOOOO!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. My friends and I actually look forward to our waxes. Lorrie is honestly the best at what she does and I always have a great experience with her. I refuse to get waxed by anyone else at this point. To make this experience even better, Lauren is the absolute sweetest and most helpful person there is. I honestly dont know what I would do without either of them at EWC (the several month shutdown was ROUGH).

Not impressed. Always do my eye brows to thin and removed hair that took me a year to grow and they don’t keep staff. As soon as I get someone I like the next visit they are gone.

I was in Florida on vacation and decided to get my eyebrows waxed. The manager Lauren was an absolutely delightful lady. She got me booked for an appointment. The sweet young lady Kristy did an amazing job on my eyebrows. And before I knew it I was also getting a Brazilian. She explained that it was quick and easy and I would love the end result. And she was right. Great ladies working at this location, clean and comfortable environment. So if you are looking for any wax services I recommend Lauren and her fantastic staff at this location. You will not be disappointed.

My usual wax lady was on vacation and decided to come to this location for the first time. Alexsea was able to wax me. She was very professional and explained everything to me. It was quick and easy.

Ive been going to European way center for over 3 years, and Ive had 5 different girls throughout that time (not at this location. Im sure all the girls at this location are amazing), and Christie is the best!! She is a wonderful asset to this company and I hope she never goes anywhere.

Lori was AMAZING! she made sure i was comfortable and assure that im happy with her work. she talks you through the process as well asbe VERY THOROUGH with your wax (whatever type of wax you ask for) i would definitely recommend her as your wax specialist!

I’ve been going to European Wax Centers for about 6 years now and have had multiple waxers, but Brandy here at the viera location is absolutely my favorite! She’s always on time, very personable, perfect services everytime and her attention to detail is very much appreciated. I’m so glad we got this location!

I was very nervous to try European Wax Center because they advertise 15 min hard wax services and I just had never been waxed that quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasnt too different from my other wax experiences. I went to Brandy and she was nice. Explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend giving them a try.

I generally get my eyebrows waxed at the nail salon and always end up with really red irritated skin for a couple days. Saw Brandy today and she did a great job and was very gentle!My eyes always water and that didnt happen! Just left and theres barely any redness.Oh and my eyebrows look awesome!Got the package deal and its definitely worth it. She cleaned up my brows and filled them back in.Everyone was very friendly and Im glad to finally have a regular spot.

Absolutely love this center 🖤 I have been to several EWC locations and this one by far has the best staff hands down. The young lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful when it came to picking out products. I just stopped by one day to use my points on products that Ive been eyeing. I think her name was Alyssa 😊

I had my first Brazilian wax here today and it was a great experience start to finish. I had one wax previously last October at a different location that wasn’t as pleasant so I was a bit apprehensive. Lauren and Narcisa at the front were very sweet and helpful, and my waxing specialist Vonnetta was a breath of fresh air! She was very obviously a professional and her technique made any pain much more manageable than I expected. The room was also very clean, and the hygiene was what you’d expect (only dipping wax sticks once etc) which is important. Vonnetta even took the time afterwards to explain their home care products to me.This is my new place for sure, highly recommended from a newbie at waxing!

My first experience there was great i had no problems my current experience not so great got home to find out that my Brazilian wax wasnt done properly all the hair wasnt removed and im kind of upset because its expensive
