This company CHOOSES to not pay their employees if someone tests positive for covid-19 or has to quarantine! With so many programs placed by state and federal government, aerotek is the FIRST company i heard of to not to offer support during this crisis. I thought that the horribly managed Melbourne office was the issue, but realized it is the entire company after speaking with aeroteks human resources....after many attempts to contact multiple aerotek employees in the Melbourne office!

They have placed me with the best job I ever had! They are rather quick acting after the background checks and drug testing. Staff is very professional and understanding.This is a place you work a forever job. My advice is don’t bother to apply if your planning on doing a few weeks of work. You want to have these people in your corner not against you.

5 Stars through and through. After reading all the reviews, I am so blown away! I have never worked with a recruiting agency before, and this was an amazing experience. I lost my job, and I turned to Aerotek to help me find a good company, as it was hard to get my foot in the door just moving to Florida. It took them less than 3 business days to get me in somewhere. I absolutely LOVE my placement, and I am so excited where I am. Elisa and Lindsey helped me 100% and were always in communication with me. I highly recommend this company for job placement, they will find you what you want/need!

If you see people with the reviews that they couldnt get jobs.. this isnt a temp agency. These people look for long term jobs and Ive been hella happy with my experience so far.If something is to far, they at least tell you up front and you’re not obligated to take the job. Ive never been hired for a job through a temp agency, but as a first time experience I can see well enough that the people at areotek have your best interests in mind. They work to get you the best job suited for you and are more than willing to help with any problems or questions you may have, I had the great experience due to my determined hiring agent Neil helped me through any problems I ever had. Definitely a great way to find your next job.

I was so impressed with how awesome this place is. Neil was there to walk me in from the interview to my first day on the job and even called to check on me to make sure i liked where i was. I went permanent last week but will never forget my time at Aerotek. Thanks guys!

I am truly disappointed in this company. Im so glad I didnt rely solely on this company to find a job because I would be homeless! I will begin by recommending KELLY SERVICES to anyone who needs employment FAST. I filled out multiple applications online for job postings that this company had available. I am a go-getter so after filling out my application I contacted Aerotek. No one answered my call and I left a voicemail. My phone call was returned the next day by a man who was named Nick and I spoke to him about the types of jobs I was looking for and what I could do. He told me that he had a couple of positions that might be perfect for me and that he would give me a call back. I was excited and awaiting his phone call, but when the call came it wasnt in reference to the positions he was talking about. He left a voicemail saying he wanted to discuss my customer service experience, which I thought we had already gone over. That was at 8 in the morning, when I was able to call him back it was 8:15 and he did not answer the phone oh, so I left him a voicemail. He didnt call me back and I made three more attempts that day for a total of 4 calls with voicemails and didnt hear back from him. That was over a week ago that he had me thinking I was about to be placed somewhere, and now I have given up. I am so grateful to Kelly Services is truly trying to help people find employment and they do so quickly. I contacted Kellys four days ago and they have already given me my drug test and paperwork so I am ready to start on Monday morning. I have a theory that Aerotek likes to come in at 8 a.m. make a few phone calls and then go home for the day Im pretty sure this is true because they are almost impossible to have a back-and-forth conversation with.

Im grateful for the opportunity that Aeroteck gave me the job dint end up working out for me but Elisa was very help during the hiring process, she was always their for me if I needed her, and always responded to my email inquiries in a timely manner, I would recommend Aerotek to anyone looking for a good job everyone from the the people at the front desk to the payroll department were very help

I was contacted by recruiter Steve to give a reference for someone. I thought he was very professional and pleasant to speak to. Come to find out my friend got the job, and is excited to start working for them next week.

Horrible cant get a hold of recruiter. They will end your contact. They got me a job at Merritt island I told them thats too far. I ask for a transfer to near my area and they ended my contract, you be the best temp they dont care and they treat you like a temp not an employee..

I worked for Aerotek in 2014 And now Im coming back again. Ms. Sue has always been very helpful and pleasant!! And the staff are very prompt. Great company !!

Ive interview with them a few times and never gose any where .I was taking a class for a week they wanted me drop my class to talk to them on a job that wouldnt be hiring for a week later when I went there it was a change in the plans ..Not wasting my time with them ever again...

I have called multiple times in a matter of just few months because I was looking for a 2nd job to get the bills paid. They always transfer my call to recruiter and the recruiters never answer.
