Had some initial doubts whether they could achieve quality deep cleaning with the amount of time he quoted but they held up their end of bargain nicely. The owner and his team of 6 came to my house to do a moving out clean. Firstly he said it would take him no more than an hour to clean a 2400 sq ft home that my family, dog and I have been living in for 12 years, seems rushed considering all other contractors I quoted said it would take them a half to full day with a large team. I have been working with so many contractors in the week I forgot he said cash only. In a conversation about how long it would take him and if I had time to get breakfast and feed my kids, he made a comment about pay me now and Ill lock up when we leave. As I didnt have cash and he took nothing else that wasnt an option but i was heading out the door to get cash. As I walked away saying Relax, he stormed out of the house sweeping his team with him and wouldnt accept any sort of apology. This man is incredibly short tempered and absolutely not worth my or your business.

This service is truly an efficient and professional group of amazing women! I likened them to the “White Tornado”... There were seven of them and as soon as they entered the condo it was a working team, each individual knowing their responsibility and starting immediately. I was in awe of the organization of the team! There was not a corner untouched! I would never hesitate to call them again. I live out of state so it’s important to me to know that I will get an A1 job done in time and efficiently. This is the second time I have used them in closing a residence! I hired complete cleaning to clean my home and paid extra for the windows for photos as I am selling my home. The crew was very friendly.I told them my main concerns were the windows floors cabinets and ceiling fans. One of five ceiling fans was cleaned all but one window had many streaks and the cabinets were basically just dusted. When I called the owner the next day he said he would send the crew back. I said no thanks I already cleaned the house. I told him I feel like I paid $400 and got nothing in return. His response was he is sorry.

Complete cleaning service is amazing! I have been using their service for eight years and I cannot say enough good things about them. Obviously since Ive used them for so many years, I am completely happy with not only their expertise and reliability but also with their honesty and integrity! Im kind of picky about my house, so this kind of means a lot! I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to come home to a sparkling clean house after working a 14 hour shift and know that on my day off I get to actually relax! So I guess what Im saying is not only are they reasonably priced, exceptionally wonderful hard-working people, but also they have given me hours back to my life that I would have spent slaving away doing something I dont enjoy! On occasion my day off falls on my cleaning day and I actually get to sit on the couch and watch them work so hard! Im glad it is a team and not a single person but you would have to sit and watch clean your house all day (and feel guilty or feel like you should help!) It is nice that they are in and out so quickly and dont disrupt your entire day off. You dont realize what goes into a job like that till you actually watch them in person. The supervisor is always going behind them making sure that everything is done to a superior level. Each of the people that are cleaning know their jobs very well and are so efficient its amazing to watch! I have to admit that I do not believe my house would be as clean as it is even if I was a stay at home person and did it all day every day. They just know exactly what to do and how to do it and the results are nothing short of wonderful! The crew from Complete Cleaning were very thorough and professional. They were actually able to get our one piece plastic shower surround cleaner than it has been in years (teenagers, you understand). They couldnt have been nicer and the lead gave me some much needed advice on my garage fridge which apparently has a leaky seal I did not notice causing the stains. While I only have the liberty of having them come once every few months, they manage to get all that accumulated dirt that my aging shoulders can no longer clean. Other times they have done a deep cleaning which is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend them!

NO IDEA HOW TO CLEAN! Who knows how they have good marks so far, maybe because they have not done many move out cleanings. They did not clean doors, light switches, baseboards or window sills. They also left little pieces/piles of trash around the house, like wrappers they found or little bits of paper. The furniture was not moved, so there was still vacuuming left to do after they left. If you only use them once they require cash so there was no real recourse for me, I called and was insulted about my house in general saying it was too dirty to help. Which is so far from the truth. The manager came over to clean what was left and even after she was done I had to go back over the house and found so much was still missed. She told me she scrubbed things and it wouldnt come off. All I did was take a cloth and the same spot would wipe right off. The manager then proceeded to insult her whole crew saying she did everything and that she cant really manage all of the people that help her on a job. So why is she a manager?? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

They are a locally owned business, and as another reviewer pointed out, their turnover is low. I too have noticed and been impressed by this. They have faithfully cleaned our home for nearly three years. When hiccups happened (and I can tell you, it was always on my end that the mistake was made), they were gracious and worked with us. I think thats a huge benefit to locally-owned businesses...you are neighbors with each other. Examples of their service include:- When my baby was a newborn they helped schedule around her naps- When I request, they will text me to let me know they are on my way to my home- When they showed up and I forgot my appointment was that day, they were kind and gave me courtesy as I worked fast to get out of their way- They descend with a team of smiling, happy, kind ladies, and one goes to each room ready to tackle cleaning it...that level of kindness was never experienced when we worked with other companies- Their team works hard, and is polite, with good attitudes. Also something rare in their industry. They have found a way to recruit and retain a dedicated group.- In three years only one small item has been broken and they offered a fair credit- When I call about anything, questions or follow up, I talk to the owners themselves. And they are always courteous- They follow up in 24 hours nearly all of the time- When I made a major scheduling mistake, they were above and beyond patient in a situation that would have escalated with most other companies...and resolved it peacefully and fairly- Occasionally to say thank you for our several years of business with them, little extras will be cleaned. Once was a houseful of clean windows, I was blown away. I do not recommend this company. They broke a fan and took no responsibility. Tried to discuss with the owner, who offered no solution. Master bedroom has two fans- never had a problem with either. After they left, master smelled like something was burning- both fans turned on, but broken fan was not rotating. Mechanical husband tried fixing, no success. Has to be replaced. Called owner who stated must be old fan and they didnt break it. He didnt even offer a discount and had no problem cashing my check. I understand mistakes happen, and I would have kept using Complete Cleaning if the owner had taken responsibility and at least offered a discount on services. Very poor customer service. Company also has bad reviews on Angies list. Wish Id checked before.Ive never written a bad review of a company. Previously had same cleaning service for over 10 years and never had one issue. This company was a total failure.FYI Complete Cleaning - we HAD ONE broken fan in dining room (runs fine but one leaf slightly torn)- we discussed not cleaning which I agreed. We NOW HAVE TWO broken fans after your poor services. The FACTS are-The fan worked perfect before you cleaned and no longer worked after you left. The year my house was built has nothing to do with the fact you broke my fan. In your unprofessional and inaccurate response you alluded we are attempting to get refunded via your insurance policy- not this customer. Havent even attempted to contact you regarding your coverage. Potential customers should know that your company has handled this matter unprofessionally and irresponsibly. A company that truly values customer service would never respond with such snarky comments. Disappointing.

We paid $180 for our first cleaning where the cupboards were not wiped down, my daughters bed was not made, blinds were not dusted, and both of our sliders were not cleaned in any capacity. When we called to let them know, we were told they dont do these things and are not a maid service, so fair warning....they are not a maid service.

I highly recommend this company based on my recent experience with both owners. I called them to help me figure out how to handle a sensitive household maintenance issue with an elderly parent. Both Erika and Scott spent many hours helping me to figure out the best solution. They invested time and money to personally go to the home and assess the situation since I dont live in the area and provided several referrals that have been enormously helpful. While it turned out that ther services werent the right solution; they wouldnt accept a dime from me to repay them for their time inspecting the situation and the time they spent with me on the phone. There was never any pressure to buy services from them that I didnt need. I found them to be genuine and sensitive and helped me with a very sensitive situation. I plan to contact them in the future when my rented townhome needs to be serviced for new tenants.
