REALLY LIKED THIS PLACE!My car was in need, got a birthday freebie coupon in the mail, so I tried it. Love those roll thru washes and the fluorescent lights were fun.Excellent vacuuming station (shaded) with two wands for crevice tool and the wide head, free clean rags and window cleaning solution. I cleaned every inch of my car, it looks awesome! Great place!

Been using this place since they opened. Just like every business there has been small issues or things that have been missed but they are true customer service professionals. They fix it with a smile and we leave as a happy customer every time. Great business and wonderful value for the money.

I paid for interior exterior clean of my vehicle and When they were finished the door panels on the inside of my truck were all still dirty and the sides of my center console still had dust on it and I asked them about that and thats when I was informed that they only do the dash and the center console however my dash is still dirty my windshield is still dirty and when I called to speak to a manager the supervisor on shift told me he was sorry and that the next time I need to point out exactly what I want done to ensure its clean. I cant go back here because thats an I dont care attitude and I shouldnt have to teach your employees how to do this job.

Love this location! Better vacuums here vacuum vs. Palm Bay location. Love the convenience of having different locations for same membership! Very good value!

I think this is definitely the best car wash service around! The pre wash area is great! The wash cycle does a fantastic job! The vacuums are super strong, with two different sizes, nice! Clean drying towels and decent glass cleaner, but the added bonus are the air hoses, perfect for getting all that dust and whatever out of all the tight places. A must use car wash!

EXTREMELY disappointed. There were still small dirt spots that came off with a wet finger when I got home. Windows were spotty. Shall NOT return. There is a wonderful FULL service car wash just up on Wickham past 192.

Love it! Best thing to ever happen the car wash scene. $26/month unlimited. Love the vacuums...although the new malabar location lacks the crevice tool option...kind of a bummer. They supply rags for detailing. Happy customer here.

One of the best automatic car washes around. Lots of vacuum cleaners to use and some other goodies to clean the inside of your windows are available at no cost. A touch pricey, but like I said for an automatic machine it does a good job. I always use the one on Palm Bay road but Im told that the one on 192 will clean the inside of your vehicle for an extra cost. I hope the one that theyve built on Malabar road is a full service car wash that will be excellent.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. The outside wash does a good job cleaning my car, my rims come out spotless. My only issue is the inside cleaning, I usually have to go over everything again at home, my cup holders never seem to get cleaned and my vinyl car seats look smudgy. I guess they just go over everything with dry cloths. For the price it could be better.

This business looks more modern than other car washes. Im glad they offer free bug removal and have full service.

I started the unlimited membership and they told me all I had to do the council was go online or call the store I tried both and could not cancel my subscription. When you go to the website and hit manage subscriptions that just takes you to a blank page. Its a joke I called two different locations and neither one of them answered the phone one said the voicemail was not set up for that location. Im tired of these big companies making it impossible to cancel a subscription

Great wash! The vacuums really suck! (that’s good for a vacuum) and the bug scrubbers before the wash are awesome!

This is my second time at this car wash. They did a better job the first time then today. My bill was around $42 and I got inside and outside one-time deep cleaning with the ceramic coating. I have a leather interior and I still see fingerprints and drip marks where they didnt wipe it down good

Great service, friendly staff. The facility is very well kept, always clean and the equipment always in good working condition. Bills car wash consistently gives drivers a good wash at a fair price. Overall I feel the interior express is an excellent value for the money, and I will continue to visit the New Haven location.I just wish Bill would open a full service location in the Rockledge/Viera area so I wouldnt need to drive so far. :)

My car was washed very well despite its extremely dirty state and the interior detail was very well done. I was impressed with the quality and reasonable price. I will gladly go here again for my next wash and the washes after that.

Really like the pre-wash station.The brushes on the car wash are the regular rubber but they are cover with microfiber material thick enough to not scratch the car.Vacuum has good suction power and have 2 different nozzles and 2 hoses for both side of the cars. Vacuum area is shaded.

So well designed! Pre wash myself before going through, brilliant. Having clean rags available, genius. We got the month pass.

Like most things in life every business becomes a disappointment at sometime. I had the Mac Daddy Subscription. Everything. I came every week. Slowly this place began to devolve from an outstanding business to an afterthought apparently for the owners.I came through two weeks in a row as usual. The first through the left side brushes were not working and no soapy water went on the car. So the build up got scratched into the paint by the top brush, since there was no water. I tried calling to let them know it was broken but the phone number is a ghost number never answered. Big Boy says, “Go Elsewhere.”

I went with a friend to use their free car wash coupon, that was from having a birthday. Neither of us have ever been to one of the conveyor belt type places. It was cool, although my friend didnt put the car in neutral or keep their foot off the brakes. The car kept going up and down. Well, when we got that fixed, the roller took us on a ride. It was quite an experience for me. It must be why they are so busy, with long lines. Also, they have free vacuums for use on your clean car. I recommend this business for, at least, one go around!

This carwas is pretty nice, specially if you want them to do the cleaning and vacuuming.

This is the best car wash in town, Ive had a hard time getting in the back of my moms car with a vacuum cleaner and the suction of the vacuum cleaners is so good it cleaned up everything in her car and I love the stations where you can scrub down your car before you go through the car wash. Thank you for being the best car wash in town. Love how you dont have to use coins for the vacuum hoses. And you have window cleaner and clean rags and a dirty rag bins. Thank you for all your details to everyone.

If its not here, I dont wash my car. Easy and fast, I recommend getting the fast pass to speed the process and save money. Cant wait for the Babcock location to open!

Bills car wash gives the meaning of getting your car washed a new perspective on what quality should be from something so generic as a car wash. The lines seem long, but they have an assembly line that moves very quickly and efficiently to get you through with only a short wait. After you run your car through the wash you can elect to run your car through the interior detail assembly line, where six people wipe, clean, vacum and wash your interior and exterior windows. The workers are friendly quick and highly efficient. Im always amazed that for a reasonable 40 dollar detail the results are almost as good as a 150 dollar detail, and for just a simple wash only 7 dollars. They also have a membership for around 50 dollars a month where you can get unlimited car washes. The only complaint is the membership is for one car only, a family wash plan with unlimited vehicles or the option to add vehicles would definitely be something interesting.

That was the worst experience so far. I had soap still on my vehicle when I went to wipe it down. It was on the tires and the back of my Buick and a little on the grill.

For Palm Bay this is the best in the business you can choose to get a car washed to deal with the inside of your car or the outside of your car on a daily basis theres so many plans to choose from and theres a lot of different locations I highly recommend it. And more coming soon.

Fast service and friendly staff, the automatic car wash did a pretty good job of cleaning my truck outside only. However for 25 dollars you could go to a FULL detail car wash and pay less for a handwash and interior detail for the same price. Price is high for the service you get.

Horrible wash. Spots everywhere never got touched and new spots from the soap that didn’t get rinsed off. $20 is a complete ripoff and when you try to find a employee that may help address the issues there are none to be found. Don’t let that big pretty building fool you it is a half arse wash.

Does an excellent job. Great facility with all you need to remove bugs, vacuum and even a floor mat cleaning machine. All free.

Wash was good however, the tireshine application was lacking... less than 50% of tires recieved the shine.. .

I really like this place but when they wiped the interrior driver side I feel like they used a dirty cloth as it felt gross.

Soo...I like the interior and exterior wash. Its everything in less than 30 minutes. Had to go back today because the back wasnt vacuumed all the way but they made it right.

Never gets the spots I go for, but I keep going back because of the proximity and price. Entrance can be tight for larger vehicles. Mostly self service.

Pretty nice place for a wash and do-it-yourself detail with a floor mat cleaner, which is genius, and a bug clean off station before going through the wash. You can buy a monthly unlimited pass for the price of two washes as well.

Bees everywhere flying around trash cans at vacuums and interior tunnel and it’s been going on for while for now. I am extremely allergic to them and some others are too. Good car wash and staff, but please get those bees out of there and I will give a 5 star to this place.

Little effort. No prewash. Other washes of this type have 1-2 people with buckets and brushes wetting down and more the front grill and windshield with soapy water. The conveyor belt speed was by far fastest ever experienced. Whole thing felt like take the money and get the customer outta here! Went in to use restroom and 4-5 blue shirts sitting at a high top table. Put them to work servicing customers....as in pre-wash!

Best car wash around. The only thing I wish they had was a multi-vehicle subscription. Single vehicle unlimited is worth the money but it’s simply not feasible for households with multiple cars.

They are really up to date with their machinery. Customer can really acquire excellent service for their money. Would definitely recommend getting service there to anyone! Impressed!

Went to Bills for the first time this morning. Without a doubt, the worst automated car wash service I have ever used ... especially after paying $25!! I have had better service from Florida rain storms.

On Sunday 1/ 24/21 we took our 2020 Pilot through the wash. We parked the car to vacuum and noticed the front windshield was cracked in the middle aproximately 7 inches long. It definitely was not cracked prior to the wash. The manager Robert took our information and stated he would look at the cameras and call us Sunday afternoon or first thing Monday. So we were satisfied because we were confident he would discover it was not cracked prior to the wash.it is more than conceivable that the rollers or ribbons hit our window out of balance not by functional design. We never received a call from Robert so I called him Tuesday afternoon. Robert immediately became very defensive, disrespectful, and extremely condescending. He stated forcefully I would not be in business cracking windshields. I agreed that it would be silly to assert that was happening but folks I can assure you that at the moment I went through that wash at the particular time it did cracking my windshield. Stay away and enter at the risk of damaging your car. Robert the Manager was the most unprofessional person I have met in a very long time. It seemed Sunday they must have a play book they run to get the customer to feel satisfied so they will leave. I should have called the police and filed a damaged property report against them

Just went to the New Haven location. I really liked the service. I have had the unlimited club for 2 years, but hate using the vacuums - so my interior is a bit neglected. It wasnt perfect (like when I paid a guy $100 to hand detail), but I was very happy to upgrade my membership to include interiors. They had a nice waiting area to watch and enjoy water or coffee.

Love both of these locations. 25 bucks a month unlimited car washes (up to two per day). Vacuum comes with it, cant beat it. The one on 192 seems to clean my car much better.

Cleans my vehicles well. The inside cleaning service is definitely worth the $$. They do awesome. Only problem I believe the one time they added too much cleaner to the tires so it splattered on the side. Other than that never had any issues!

Took my car there to get washed and the inside wiped down and vacuumed. The exterior wash I’m pleased with, however they didn’t wipe down my dash they didn’t wipe down my doors and near my cup holders. I would give them closer to 4 stars. I was expecting better interior cleaning because that’s what’s listed on their website. I did get a half off next wash coupon so hopefully next time they can redeem themselves.

Descent job but workers are in slo-mo and observed one worker on every car wipe door jams and then wipe outside of car.....big no no for me!!

Great car wash...the one on SR 192 is the best...offers detailing inside and out.

No communication at #billscarwash. If the machine stops but continues to run for over 5 minutes you should communicate with the people stuck inside especially when there is a baby in the vehicle crying because we are stuck in front of the blower. Alarm went on and off then the machine started up then stopped again with an alarm continuing to go off so yah I started to drive out then finally an employee comes running up yelling to stop. Remember communication is key. Put down the phone and take out your ear pods.

The wash was effective and yielded a pleasant shine. I think the cost of $20 Is a bit too much for the product yield.The vacuum spot l pulled into had both hoses clogged and, obviously, unchecked.I will seek other locations for equal service but lower expenses

After a great wash the vacuum and detail/ dry area is clean and really makes it easy to clean the interior. The carpet floor mat machine is awesome!
