I took a class yesterday and today and they were both fantastic. Ive had previous classes with Robert Roedel and he is great at presenting and provides great knowledge. Every time we meet Im fueled and ready to sell a vehicle. When I have DLA training, Im looking for Robert. I highly recommend taking sessions with Robert if you have some time in your day. Ive had the pleasure of working with Steve Minor for the past couple months. Going from a technician to a service advisor is a drastic transition, and although I thought I was on the right track, I realized a lot was left to learn. Steve has done exactly what he said he was going to do, and I have seen my growth within the company increase since working with him. I’ve been to a lot of training courses. No one likes training and that was my attitude going into it. However within 2 minutes I knew this wasn’t going to be a “normal” training course. As the service manager of the highest volume sales and service department Honda store in Pennsylvania I have been working with David Lewis and Associates for nearly four months. The processes and solutions offered by our representative, Steve Minor, are not only functional but customized to our specific structure. I have worked with multiple consultants that teach the standard book processes that are theoretically great, but do not work in the real word. Steve does anything but that.
