I hate the process of car shopping and was dreading it. However, the sales people at Boniface Heirs were not too pushy which was surprising. We quickly found the car we wanted with their amazing warranty and they made the numbers work for us and got our payment down to where we wanted it. We got a decent amount for our trade. Dave Jacobs was a huge help with all of this. He listened to us and thoroughly answered all our questions. I have never financed a car before and Dave Jacobs and Joy Carver were great about really explaining everything to us. You really cant go wrong with the forever warranty they have on used cars. We found out that there is really no catch. Would definitely recommend going here if you need a new car. I would definitely go here again.

Great experience with Carl and Sophia. She explained I would have gotten a car wash but machine was down but could come back to wash it whenever. Carl just admired my Batman decals and liner and told me a story of Doug flutie the famous football quarter back that has a replica bat mobile from the 50’s that sounded awesome. Not only did we continually get overcharged for services that were NOT performed, the service department actually screwed up my truck more and made it really unsafe by not putting the injector gaskets back on the fuel injectors while putting it back together!! Simple oil change with no additional services was supposed to take an hour. Two hours later it still wasn’t done. My husband had to reschedule some meetings to bring me his Toyota so I could make a doctors appointment. $88 for a simple oil change and HORRIBLE customer service.

My last experience for an oil change appointment was a very good one. They completed it within an hour, as promised, including an overall inspection of my truck. They also offered a free car wash.My tires were near their end of life, so this dealership matched a lower priced quote I had gotten from a local tire store. I trust the dealerships technicians more than the tire stores, so lll be coming back to get those installed.My advisor for this appointment was Brian, and he was great! He was very polite and responsive to my questions and requests. I hope this dealer keeps hiring people like him!

Because I couldnt give a half star. Will not recommend I at first gave the salesman a 5 star rating so that he could get his lunch from them. That was until I discovered all of the promises he made to us. He didnt and wouldnt back up. The salesman and the sales manager where both bullies. We told them that the vehicle that we were test driving had bad brakes, the sales manager said there was nothing wrong with them and told us to bring it back. We had an hour and a half drive with bad brakes. The sales manager wanted to make his sale and didnt care that we were driving that far with bad brakes. No courtesy car as promised because the excuse was that there were not enough cars on the lot(?). We later found out that the rotors were warped. There are so many other reasons why I will not recommend this place. Our lives didnt matter but the sale did. When we went back and talked to the General manager to be sure about the brakes, He was rather abrupt with me and said if I said it will be done then it will be done, very gruff man. I asked 3 times of our salesman to see if he could find the items we knew where left in our other vehicles and there was always an excuse as to why he couldnt look. I assumed that it was a bother to him to look for them. The last time I was told there was nothing in the vehicle. So I assume it was thrown in the garbage. It may not have meant anything to him but it was a watch that my Grandson and given to his Grandfather. This is by far the worse car buying experience that I have ever had. I will not go back and I will not recommend and as far as the license plate holder that will be taken off this truck as I am so embarrassed to have the name Bonniface Heirs on my vehicle. I see car salesmen in a whole new light now thank you for that.....Michell Millard

I was in need of new tires for the first time since purchasing a used car here, and Bobby was so kind and walked me through the process of purchasing and getting them installed super easily. Once I called to schedule, tires were ordered by the next day, and he even fit me in on that Saturday for the service. When I arrived, Charles was so welcoming and helped check me in quickly and efficiently. The whole installation and alignment only took 2 hours which was much faster than expected. Love the team at Boniface!

I worked with Joel through the whole process. My wife and I already had a specific Colorado in mind that we saw on their website. We just came from a Toyota dealer that immediately tried to upsell us on something that was more expensive that we didnt need. I made appointment for oil change and tire rotation, plus check rattle in door. It took almost 3 hours.. After 2 hours they only had just finished oil change and tire rotation. I checked and they took anither hour to not fix vibration in drivers door. The oil change and tires should take no more tan an hour. You can get it done elsewhere for less than 20 minutes, without an appointment for much less. I do believe in dealerships, they have the training for your specific vehicle and know warranty issues. I was a Warranty Engineer at Ford in Dearborn... Too bad the time for this service and same thing for my previous visit, discourages me from getting routine maintenance done there.

Worst management ever. They lie and try and scam you for over the sticker prices. Do yourself a favor and run dont walk from this nightmare! We did and bought from a honest company that made things easy.

It was easy to call and schedule an appointment that worked for me. When I arrived I pulled in and the service advisor confirmed my services with me so we both knew what was to be worked on. My oil change and tire rotation only took about an hour to complete.

I saw a chevy silverado on their website and I was interested so I filled out the form was contacted by Tristan. He was very nice to talk with and I set up a time to go there and see and most likely buy this truck. The day I was supposed to go I had received an email the night before just letting me know that the GM was adding $7995 to the sticker price and of course didnt want me to travel the 2 hours to be blindsided. I appreciated the heads up but why is it ok for the GM to raise the price 7995 above MSRP. I understand theres a shortage of chips and I know that theres dealerships out there that arent doing this so BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I was told that when things go back to somewhat of a normalcy that maybe they can earn my business. well I feel if they are trying to take advantage of the buyer now what exactly will they do when things seem to calm down.

This was truly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. The sales team were top notch and went above and beyond to earn our business. Their honesty and integrity helped seal the deal and we will no doubt be customers for life!

The service advisor Bobby Sternberg Was great. I felt very comfortable doing business with him. Facility was clean and organized, prices were reasonable and felt very comfortable with them as I am very particular with who I let work on my 2012 Corvette. The technician was very accommodating and felt comfortable with his diagnosis. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Took my traverse in to be serviced. Left it there 2 days and finally called to find out about it and was told we were not able to get to it, you can either pick it up and bring it back at a later date or leave it over the weekend and see if we can get to it Monday. Terrible service, no call, nor did they act like it even mattered to them that they kept my car for 2 days. Take your car to Merritt Island, not here
