I enjoy putting the Sunday paper together. Great employees and very helpful.

Im not sure what I need to do. Im at my end with this publication. My home is newly built in Palm Bay, and since weve moved in, I keep getting this paper thrown in my yard. I did not order delivery of it, and evey month for the past four years I have called customer service to ask them to stop and they keep telling me that it will.... but, my lawn is still littered with the paper at least four times a month. They talk to me as if my request is strange over the phone because it is free. They dont realize that in this day and age, the paper is an antiquated way to get information and advertise coupons. Further, if my family and I are away and these papers pile up on my grass, its an indication to anyone that wants to break in that we are not at home. Cant figure out why is it hard to inform the person delivering on the route that leads to my home to stop. Or, why the individual refuses to read or get the memo. I guess Im going to have to start throwing the papers on the lawn of 1 Gannett Plaza in Melbourne. Hopefully with that, someone in that place will get the hint.Three years later... Still... White car drives by real fast and litters the paper on my lawn... Unbelievable. When I stand at my driveway, they dont. Well... RING cameras have the year make and model of the car... Clear look at the lic plate... Getting in contact with. Local authorities for littering citation to be issued. Maybe the individual will get it after paying the fine for every day the cameras around the house have them tossing.

Can not call in easy for classifieds anymore. Cant find numbers to call on the page. Wrong recordings. Clearly not a user friendly web page and pretty useless contact help. When they do answer, they are very polite and try to help but to contact the paper, not very user friendly.

As a carrier their paper is pretty much worthless, it lacks depth
