We just moved to Massachusetts and I needed a new hair salon. Short hair can be challenging and I was a bit nervous. This salon came highly recommended and now I know why. The owner, Heather, her staff and my hair stylist, Danielle were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I was immediately put at ease as soon as I walked into this salon. The open concept of this space gives you a very relaxing and peaceful vibe. Dani was patient and very knowledgeable about what I wanted done with my hair. She is a true artist and delight.

I’ve been coming to Sam since before she joined the b.LUXE team and she is still the absolute best! The vibe and the atmosphere here is truly unmatched. The decor, the people, even the music doesn’t suck. Sam is super personable and amazing at what she does. My daughter and I have had wash, cut, blow dry and color. I just had my hair colored by Dani and I LOVE it! I have fragile, breakable hair and lightening it has always been a problem. Dani was able to add soft highlights and keep my auburn hair looking natural and bright! She was super-personable, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.

Taylor H did an amazing job on my 11 year old daughter’s hair! She’s wanted pink highlights for a while, and Taylor took her time doing it just right. My daughter is thrilled!

We’re so happy to have found this local gem! My daughter absolutely loves her haircut. Rylie did such an amazing job with my daughter’s hair. She was so patient and meticulous. I was impressed by how she could interpret an 11-year old’s ‘desired look’ so perfectly, it came out beautifully. I know my daughter can’t wait to come back.

I was scheduled to have highlights, root touch up and blow dry done. Two days previous, which was a Saturday, (48 hours prior and more than the 24 hours required for notification) I called to reschedule because I realized I worked that night. I also emailed the company on the website that same day explaining my situation. Nobody replied. I called again, Monday, as soon as they opened, explaining the situation and Angie simply stated that I would be charged the $270 fee of my service despite me just explaining to the receptionist that I had notified the company 2 days prior of my cancellation. I find this company very dishonest. Please stay away.Response to owners comment **I am adding that in fact I did email (on the company website 2 days in advance) and a few hours after I confirmed the appointment that I looked at my schedule again and realized I was working. I am reiterating that I said I would try to make it after being told that I was going to be charged $270 regardless of whether I came or not but came to the conclusion that it was not worth me missing that much time from work because a dishonest and unethical company was going to steal my money regardless. Luckily, I am financially secure and can deal with the loss but others are not so lucky. I truly hope that you learn how to provide better customer service and become a more honest and ethical company.

Heather opened up the salon on her day off to offer hair care, shampoo, haircuts, and pampering to socially isolated seniors and those with mild to moderate memory loss. She created a fun and safe atmosphere for those who attended. Heather not only gave this group of wonderful Seinors an afternoon of pampering but went above and beyond by also hand delivered goodie bags to those who werent able to leave their houses during the pandemic. The smiles on the faces off both staff and guests spoke volumes about how good everyone felt. I have been seeing Emily M for Deva cuts and my daughter saw Danielle today for a balayage and cut. The salon and staff are amazing! Emily always does an amazing job on my curls, and Danielle transformed my daughters hair from dark brown to a beautiful mix of blonde tones, it looks gorgeous! Together they created a magical look, with natural looking make-up & a low bun updo. My senior has never looked more beautiful than she did on that day. I came across b.Luxe Hair Studio on Instagram when searching for the best salon in my area. Two months prior I had gone to a salon in Wrentham to get a full foil. After walking out of that salon with orange roots, hay hair, and clumps of my hair falling out every time I washed or brushed my hair I was extremely nervous to let someone touch my hair after the tragic experience I just went through. After doing lots of research and coming across b.luxes page I decided to give them a call. I spoke with the receptionist and explained the experience I had just received from Wrentham she assured me she knew just the person that would be able to fix my hair. She was able to get me in the following week to see Heather. Heather was outstanding and got my hair right back to the way I originally wanted it! Heather explained every step she was going to need to take. She constantly asked how I was doing, if everything was coming out correctly, and did whatever she could to make sure that everything was coming out the correct way. I cant say enough good things about this salon and the way Heather conducts business. She goes above and beyond! She took time on her days off to fit me into her schedule to make sure that my hair was fixed before my daughters party! I highly recommend this salon! This is the type of salon you will stay at forever because the service and care are just outstanding!

Kacie was awesome!! my appt took HALF the time that it has at other salons, my hair feels and looks amazing, and weird compliment but.. the hair washing sinks are insanely comfortable. i’ve always hated that part of getting my hair done because they kill my neck, but i could’ve laid in this one forever. also, their new space is so beautiful, and i love how spread out it is (it makes it feel that much safer re: covid stuff).

They work as a team so you can see any stylist there and they are all equally well trained and pleasant. I saw Andrea this morning for the new b.LUXURY Facial, and added on the colloidal oatmeal facial wrap and the Algo treatment to help treat my rosacea. The foot soak and scrub prior to the facial were great, as were the thorough arm/leg/foot massages while my masks were hard at work. I loved the Algo treatment, it felt so cool going on, and when I left, it was one of the first times leaving a facial where my skin didnt feel tight and inflamed. While my redness isnt completely gone, I will be going back on a regular basis to continue working on it.

An amazing find in the suburbs. This is a very professional salon with talented stylists. I will follow Heather to the end of the earth as I have spent years searching for this kind of talent!

What an amazing job Bluxe has done conforming to the CDC guidelines for re-opening and social distancing. I was lucky enough to have my first hair appointment post Covid19 today. The salon was so well run. Waiting in car till receiving text to come in and walked right to the chair. Masks worn by everyone and I was never within 6 feet of anyone else except my hairdresser. They made the whole process anxious free. Great job!!!!

I was asked just the right questions: what look I am going for, how do I typically style my hair, do I have a reference picture, etc. Color is tricky on me and getting the right results was truly a process…corrections made were spot on!The salon is beautiful inside enhancing the experience. Upon arrival, I was offered refreshments and treats while the staff, busy as they are, take the time to welcome you….Kinda spa-like with a soothing ambience.Most of all, you can tell that the stylists work as a team, and that many of the clients keep coming back for the excellent service and experience.You must credit Heather, the owner, for her vision and dedication to her staff. Heather has a team who are well trained making each customer feel special. You get a sense of community spirit with their focus on “giving back” with local fundraising to free scholarships for underprivileged kids.Everyone is friendly, upbeat and welcoming making each visit interesting and fun! I was so impressed with our hair and makeup that I booked for my own wedding a couple years later. When it came to my wedding, I really wanted to feel comfortable getting ready - no pressure or chaos and no stress that I wouldn’t look just right. Nicole did a beautiful job on my hair and Gina did my makeup exactly how I wanted. My sister, after being in my wedding, also used b. luxe for her wedding! I recommend them whenever I can.Since my wedding in 2016, I’ve been seeing Nicole regularly for my hair cuts, and recently for color. The salon is full of people who care - you’ll often see other stylists stopping to comment on a haircut or color that someone else is doing. I appreciate the emphasis that the salon puts on flexibility - you can see whoever you’d like and no one gets offended. I’ve needed to make or change appointments last minute a few times and it’s nice to make an appointment with another stylist and know it won’t be awkward. I’ve been happy with each visit, regardless of who I’ve seen.Most recently I saw Jess for event hair and makeup. During that visit, Heather and Jess both listened to all of my hopes and concerns about the rain/snow and looked at pictures before starting. I felt confident going out after the appointment.Prior to b. luxe, I’ve never consistently gone to one salon. I’m so glad I found b. luxe!!

I had dropped by the salon some time ago for a simple wash/cut/blowdry. I believed that I was interacting with professionals who understand hair, however the stylist (who shall remain nameless) elected to tension razor cut my long, extra fine, wavy hair that she was expressly informed has over a 30% stretch factor. She assured me that she could do this safely for my hair type. She was *very* *VERY* wrong.My hair looked nice when I left, but within approximately months time, I had 3 of damage from the cut literally shattering my hair.I had to see a different stylist entirely to cut out all the damage & clean up all the messy layers. This led to a total loss of 4.5 of hair!!!After the damage was corrected for, I called to give details of my visit to the salon owner of BLuxe...that was awful. She was very intense (at times aggressive), and ultimately promised a gift card to be purchased to the salon that I now patronize. She never made good on that either.This salon is staffed by those who have poor listening skills at best, and worse follow through.

It’s almost difficult to describe b.Luxe ...because to say it’s a hair & makeup studio does it a disservice. Heather (the owner) has done an outstanding job of creating a super cool destination for all things beauty. Have you been hoping to recreate a look you bookmarked on Pinterest? No problem. You took a screenshot of someone’s cut & color that you want? You bet. Don’t know what you want, but you want access to a stylist that works NY fashion week and commercial print work? This is the place.The entire team is amazing—they are incredibly talented [insert hair terms here—all I know is their Insta feed is filled with enviable looks, cuts and colors]...and kind [just ask them about their annual volunteer event]. My schedule is often terrible—so my own poor planning has afforded me the opportunity to see a few stylists there. Although I primarily see Nicole M & Jess S...I’ve had the benefit of sitting in Erica or Heather’s chair. They have all been awesome.b.Luxe also has access to some other beauty geniuses: Jess S does the best brows (microblade) I’ve ever seen. Check out her Insta feed. Tracy from FBT is THE BEST. I have taken advantage of some of her advanced skin and beauty services—and have been delighted with her skill and customer service. In addition to laser services, injectables, fillers, vitamin shots...her team does the best facials.Heather and her team do a bunch of other stuff...like travel for hair and makeup on site.
