Ran inside to return Fios equipment, was ok service nothing special

I just went to this location to get an upgrade on my phone, and I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful. I have been there on three separate occasions and the manager (I believe his name was Ponny) has gone above and beyond to help me. It was significantly better than my experience in other Verizon stores in the area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a phone!

I regret that I do not know/recall the name of the gentleman who assisted us but he is phenomenal. In fact his outstanding service is the reason we automatically returned to this location after our first visit into the store two years ago. Back then we observed his patience, kindness, knowledge and were impressed. This was only truer in our most recent visit as we watched him navigate multiple customers, and juggle multiple priorities, in an increasingly complex environment (pandemic) with absolutely ease. Highly recommend.

We did curbside pickup of a replacement phone this week. I appreciate their helpful service. They had my phone ready when I arrived and were polite and helpful in getting the transaction completed.

Great job guys. I came in with kids and no idea how to transfer my data after purchasing my new phone. Ponny spent over an hour making sure my phone was cloned properly. Most other Verizon dont do this. Thank you

I visited this location recently and AZ and Ponny were stellar sales representatives. They took care of all my wireless needs and I was more than pleased with the service. Can more than recommend their customer care to anyone. Customer for life.

The salesperson was so friendly and helpful and thoughtful and funny is there a experienced and I ended up turning around and coming back and he helped me again because Im 81 years old and I Know It Electronics but I had a question and he answered it for me super nice nice person. And the girl that was c a working was just as nice to me I will always go back and send all my friends it was actually a fun experience

This is the best store.I would prefer this store over Bellingham

The Wireless Zone (& A.Z. In particular) is tremendous---by far the best Verizon customer service experience my family has ever had!

Not only was the service here extremely slow, but the employee was late opening the store with multiple people outside. There’s no excuse for not showing up to your job on time.
