This is what I just cleaned off of a bureau and a chest not to mention my lamp shade. I even told them to clean it off please and they didnt. Sorry this site wont let me post pictures. Its to bad because they are disgusting! If anyone wants to see them let me know. They charged me 175.00 to do a small very small 1 bedroom apt. Oh plus their tip.

We have been working with The Maids since 2012 when we lived in CT. When we moved to MA in 2017, we were delighted to find The Maids of Medway and they have been cleaning our house monthly since December 2017. They have a system that works perfectly for our schedule as there is a team of 3-4 people that comes each month and they clean our house in less than an hour and a half (about 3700 sq ft). To someone who has not had The Maids of Medway clean their home, 1.5 hours or less may seem like a short amount of time given the size of the house but, the teams that clean for us are fantastic and more efficient than I could ever try to be given the level of attention to detail and effectiveness they achieve in that timeframe. They leave the house spotless, with no stone left unturned. It always smells amazing after they leave and there is just an overall sense of refreshment throughout the house.Merielyn and her Green team have been cleaning our house for the last few months consistently and have cleaned for us 4 other times before the last few months and they are excellent. They are hard working, very thorough, professional and courteous. Merielyn always make sure the job is done well and that we are happy with the cleaning, she is a pleasure to work with.Just a couple of additional shoutouts since I wasn’t good about doing the Google reviews in the past…prior to the Green team, the White team led by Karla cleaned our house for several months in a row and she was an awesome team leader – she was always friendly and upbeat and her team did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning – they were always fantastic to have here! Don’t work here the main office takes two weeks of your time because they don’t mind grown dead beats provoking ppl every morning nobody wanna come into that especially if you have another job that’s better overall I hope the company gets shut down like I was told by my supervisor good luck.

Have used The Maids cleaning service since we moved here 20 years ago. The Orange Team has been doing a wonderful job of keeping our house clean. We have always had dog/dogs and they get the dog hair out of the rugs and furniture! They are careful of our belongings and leave our house sparkling! The company is easy to work with for scheduling our cleaning times when we travel. The team concept works for our schedule. Cleaning takes about an hour and they call to let us know ahead of time when they will arrive. Each team member has an assigned task so each cleaning is very consistent. I especially like that the Orange Team leader, Renee is easy to communicate with and is always concerned that the team has done everything needed before they leave.

The services provided are excellent and the team is always reliable. They are flexible and willing to go the extra mile. I love being able to come home to a spotless home!

Weve had this company cleaning our house for years, we literally had to move my family to Arizona for medical treatment for my daughter for a few weeks, when we returned we let them know that we were back and ready to go back to our regular schedule. They told us that since we stopped for the medical treatment (our house was empty) that their charge would go up by over 30%.BEWARE!!!

My regular cleaning team (Orange) is friendly, thorough, and always on-time. They spot check each others work and ensure that my house gets as clean as possible in the time that is scheduled. The Maids did a great job of cleaning our house. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, all the blinds were dusted, rugs and even the furniture were vacuumed. Floors looked great. The only complaint was they did not do a damp wipe around the frames of the doors and windows. However, they did not know I wanted that done and came back the next day to complete the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We have had several companies in the past and this by far was the best cleaning all around.

WOW WOW WOW,I needed a cleaning badly, and the maids were able to book me within the date that I needed, the house was a complete mess, was unused for a great length of time. I spoke with Chris over the phone who was able to send his A team to the property, Merielyn, Amanda, Bethania, and Gabriela from the green team absolutely went above in beyond. I really wish I had some before photos, Every nook and cranny was clean, stains were removed, not a single dust or spider web in sight, and we had plenty of those especially in the finished basement. floors, counter-tops, bathrooms, sinks, showers, and the fridge, my oh my, it had mold from old expired food, and everything was spotless. The house was in better shape than when we first purchased it. I cannot thank the Maids enough for their service. I am so happy I called them and they were able to facilitate our needs. I never imagined it would be this clean. I let them in left for the day while they did their magic, and returned to the next day to a spotless, shiny, home Thank you ladies, and thank you maids of medway

Ive just had my home cleaned by The Maids because Im putting my home on the market.They sent over a team of four woman that came with everything they needed to make my home sparkle.Cleaning is not my favorite task and has never been. They made my house shine in ways Ive never seen. Considering taking the house off the market and keeping The Maids!

THIS WAS A SURFACE CLEAN, NOT THE DEEP CLEAN THAT WAS PROMISED!!!!!!I was impressed with The Maids’ website and its guarantees, so I booked them to clean my house in preparation for a party of 40 people. For the price of $336 for 2 hours, I expected a detailed house. I asked The Maids to clean just 6 rooms that people would be in, and to forget about the bedrooms, laundry room, and downstairs space. For 6 rooms in 2 hours, and a price of $336, professional cleaners should do the best work possible; afterall, the website promises “an unmatched caliber of clean.” It was in no way at all “house cleaning that delivered perfection.”When I called and spoke to an employee regarding my dissatisfaction, she asked for pictures and said that we would come to an agreement that makes us both happy. She then retorted her compromise and said that they would only send another crew over because it’s what the website says. She couldn’t refund any money because the company would have lost money – she did not understand that I have lost money for a service that wasn’t delivered. There was dirt in the corners of the window sill – the receptionist told me this was because they spent a lot of time on the shower. The cabinets were HORRENDOUS with spillage and dirt – the receptionist told me this was because there was dim lighting.They came back to redo the cabinets and the corners of the window sill, but still did not scrub any floors. As soon as they left, I got on my hands and knees and did a thorough cleaning of the floor that I expected to be done while they were here.I will never go back.

The team that was here today is the same team that has been here for several years, (Gold Team, leader Roxana). They always do a good job. Things are always clean, tidy, and put back where they belong consistently. I am very pleased with the Gold team and Roxana. I hope they will be the team that comes here always. Last month it was a different team (Dont remember which one)for the first time in a very long time and they werent as good as the Gold team. Small things but noticeably not as good as the Gold team, (Spots on the floor, no replacement bags in the trash).

For years this Maids franchise owner hired non-English speaking workers and paid them off the books at an hourly rate that was significantly below minimum wage. This Medway, MA franchise is owned by the same man who owns the The Maids franchise in Coventry, RI. One of the workers he tried to screw over reported him for underpaying her and the company tried to play it off as a payroll error. Just know that this guy had been paying people off the books and underpaying them for years and only stopped doing it when he got caught. It was no payroll error as he claimed. When you hire this particular franchise you are hiring a company owned by an incredibly greedy man who treats his workers like garbage. Its time the truth is told.

The Maids came to clean my property after a tenant moved out. I was primarily concerned with the bathroom as the tenant had let mold grow on the walls. I explained this when I booked the appointment and they said no problem. They showed up as expected and began cleaning. After about 90 minutes I returned and inspected the work. In the Bathroom they had cleaned the mold but only up to about five feet high. The entire bathroom had a dirt/mold ring on the walls and the shower above 6 high. I pointed this out and the cleaners said they couldnt scrub that high. I was astounded! Really, your going to leave a dirt ring on the walls!?! Later when the supervisor called it was the same thing. Sorry, we cant clean that high....Now I will have to clean the rest of the mold myself. Oh by the way they still charged me the full price.

The Maids came out for cleaning for a reason and did all the things I have just been too exhausted to do and they really did a great job! I am so very grateful to have their help during this time!
