I was looking to get the ductwork cleaned in my condo. I called several places and the price was to high. Icalled SMS and spoke with Steve great guy very knowledgeable and gave me a date and time on the spot.Steve’s team showed up on time they were clean, neat and took all health precautions.They did a great job. The air is fresher and a lot less dust. They also cleaned my dryer vents. On a scale of 1-10 I would give SMS a solid 10.Good job and Thank You

I hired SMS to clean my duct work system.They took great care to insure they left the home in the condition it was upon their arrival.I have asthma and the ducts were really dirty, I am amazed at the difference in my air quality now.

SMS did a great job remediating the mold in our attic. They explained what was needed to remove the mold in layman’s terms. Their price was very reasonable, they were punctual, and very professional. The clean up was great. Overall it was a very positive experience. I would hire them again.

Extremely poor customer service. When they came to inspect the mold in my basement Steve was very rude to my wife, speaking to her with a condescending attitude and making disrespectful comments towards our home. A thorough inspection lasted only a few minutes and even though he saying there was not much work to be done we were still quoted at nearly $2,000. Very unprofessional.
