Went to the Natick location for years, Doug is great. Recently was up in Maine and had a part fail under warranty, so couldnt get back to Neighborhood Wrench. Doug went to great lengths working with the local Maine mechanic to wrangle replacement parts and do right by me. Turned what was a frustrating experience into an excellent one, thank you! 👍

This was my first time here and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and value that Neighborhood Wrench offers! I brought my Fiat 500 in for new rear brakes and rotors. Rick and his team did a great job and the cost was very fair. They even have loaner cars which is a huge help. Im looking forward to having future service needs taken care of here.Update April 2021 - Just brought my wifes Tiguan in for brake service and once again experienced nothing but great service from neighborhood wrench! What I love most is the clear and easy communication that Rick offers, from booking the appointment to getting an update on what work needs to be done. This shop is organized and professional. My door ajar light would not turn off, keeping my overhead lights on and draining my battery. They had my car ready and fixed in a few hours, explained that it was a quick fix, and did not charge me a thing--and gave a free rental car while it was being worked.These guys are great and I am confident in bringing my car here for some good, honest service in the future.

Very nice and friendly, and they explained every step of the process. Comfortable waiting room, WiFi, and loaner cars if you need to drop the car off for the day. They offered a couple of up charged options, but they didnt pressure me into a sale when they saw I wasnt interested. All in all, it was a great experience and I will be a return customer!
