Always helpful, have what I need, just do look around for better pricing on bigger things because Ive found something cheaper.

Long history if being the high end pool, hot tub and outdoor furniture chain in northern Ohio. Desk Service in Medina is good and the store is very spacious. Completely suitable for social distancing if thats important to you. Chemical prices are a little on the high side but ya have to pay for all that space some how! Free computerized pool or hot tub water testing is a big service plus!
They tested my pool water and told me what I need to do next :)

Completely horrible experience. We purchased our pool first week of May. The pool is still on the skid in my driveway. We call all the time on the install and no one in the store knows or cares. The manager is completely useless and never has an answer. If lite house is in charge of the install than it is YOUR responsibility to let people know. This is horrible customer service and beyond unacceptable business model. Please stay clear. I totally regret this purchase with no idea of when the install will take place. Please go somewhere else.

Sure theyll be friendly, take your order and money, then tell you heres my card, call any time! Then, you have your pool installed, fill it up with water to find the brand new hose is leaking. So, we had a purchase a new hose for our new pool before we used it. We went to put our brand new ladder together and it had a crack. As soon as we saw these issues, we contacted this Medina location, where we bought it from so they can replace the pieces and get our pool completed for use. We called for days and left emails and messages with no response or concern. Then when we do get ahold of Jason, the associate who helped us purchase our pool, and it has been nothing but dead ends and more calls to the store. I asked them if we would be contacted to fix these issues and we were told yes. A week and a half later and we had to call again to ask where our ladder and new hose were. Still have made no progress and really no concern. If you buy something new, you shouldnt have to settle for broken or cracked pieces. This was supposed to be a great, fun experience for our family this year, but again, customer service puts a damper on that. Id give them less than a 1 star review.
Extremely rude and told me you wont get the answer your looking for so leave. Everyone behind the counter said I should have read the sign before buying. No help at all !!!!

If there were a zero, I would give it. They (Jason) tell you anything you want to hear to close the sale, but when it comes to actually following through with the installation - forget about it. They pass you off - wash their hands of it - tell you that you signed a contract and they have a full year to install, despite having told you during the sale it would be about 2-3 weeks out. Pushed us off to the installer (whom they contract out, so Litehouse has removed themselves and has no access to the actual timeline for installation, turns out), we are told Every Single Time that it is probably 2-3 weeks out for our install date. 2-3 weeks later we call and we are told the same thing. Somehow we move no closer to the install date. Not sure if we are supposed to be offering up bribes to get moved up the list, but we seem to just keep getting bumped backwards. We could return the pool, which has been sitting in our garage for ages, of course - but it will cost us 750 bucks.DO NOT GO HERE.
All the employees are great. Derick is my favorite and Jason is my least favorite, but hes also the funniest.
Lighthouse in medina never answers the phone when you call. We bought our pool in beginning of may they had zero problems with taking our money. They have yet to give us a date on installation. Here it is almost july we have the pool sitting in our garage and no word on when they will put it up. They claim to be super busy and only have 1 installer. If thats the case they should have hired on extra installers when they claim to have gotten so busy.

Tried calling them 3 times to ask about a parts availability and nobody answered the phone! Decided to make the 20 minute drive anyway. Store wasnt all that busy and there were only 2 employees working that I could see. Waited 20 minutes and didnt come close to getting any help. I went across the street to Fun Pools and was in and out in 10 minutes with my part. Screw Litehouse polls go to Fun Pools across the street
I have always been impressed with the customer service in this store. We have always been greeted when we enter the store and helped with all of our questions. Recently, I was directed to a product for our pool, a leaf cover. We are using this product right now and feel that it has made the Fall care of our pool incredibly simple. I would not have noticed or purchased this product without the help of the staff, specifically Joe. I would recommend this Litehouse, specifically the Medina store for excellent customer service and a better value over any other pool we have visited.
Most folks that work here are pretty baller extreme. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and willing to just listen about concerns. Prices can be pricey, but theyre quality and will last longer than those you can find elsewhere.
I just purchased a new hot tub from light house Medina... I took advantage of the six month chemical package on a sale price With the tub. The problem is that buying the chemicals from lighthouse, the hot tub is designed to work with the frog chemical system and lighthouse chemical pack isn’t compatible! When I tried to return the chemicals Jason the store manager said no refund or exchanges. All sealed chemicals are now mine even though I can’t use them

I actually read a few negative reviews and almost shopped elsewhere. Take other people’s opinions with a grain of salt!We purchased our second litehouse exclusive Pinnacle this fall. Just in time to get a great deal, then close it for the winter.The installer had the ground level and the pool up in an unbelievable time. There was a cracked rail out of the box that was already being addressed before I called to follow up. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and I did not get in anyway high pressure sales or the feeling it was a money grab.If you shop around litehouse has comparable prices with the ability to have in store support. I have swam in litehouse pools since the ugly wood printed overlap liner pools of the 80’s. I’m not a paid spokesperson but LITEHOUSE POOLS, I will take a customer loyalty discount on some patio furniture or pool loungers for next summer!!
The water testing machine is always broken. 2 years in a row now.

I would have given a zero rating if they had one...the Medina location is the worst Litehouse location. I was treated so badly!!! The female manager is the worst unprofessional manager. I can not believe Litehouse would employee a person like this at all. She After spending an outrageous amount of money on chemicals to remedy my pool, which did not work. This manager has the gall to refuse to give her name, correct the problem and then hang up on me. I had been taking water samples for at least 3 weeks the last water sample I took in the man suggested more chemicals to purchase. We have purchased their algaecide products (maintenance and algae killer...their shocks....their flocculents...everything NO CHANGE!!!!! A lot of money but no change!!! He tested the water took us over and told us to add this Green to Clean Product wait 5 minutes add the 2 pounds of shock( all these products bought at that store).....which we did exactly. The following day we noticed no change in the pool...we called the Litehouse again they sold me 4 more bags of turbo shock. No change called again on 9-2-2018 left a message no return call...waited until the afternoon and called again reaching this female manager. At this point she states I reviewed your samples and our staff would not have sold you that chemical with your water out of balance and I wasted all my money. Obviously at this point I am upset, she then told me she knew the person who sold it to me and he would not of suggested it to me....calling me a liar!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU WILL WASTE MONEY AND TIME!!!! I SPENT AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY AND TO BE TREATED THIS BADLY....THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY TELL YOU DO TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM...TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND WALK AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered a new pool liner, guys installed very fast but why do they leave the old stuff in your yard? I paid good money for installation and now I have to clean up.
You pay for the pool up front before they will order it, it took a month to install, once it was installed and we filled it, the pump was missing pieces and gushing water. After fixing that issue ourselves, we called the people who contracted to install it about the pool pump leaking, were told they would call lighthouse. No follow-up occurred with either the installation company or light house. It continues to leak, of course we are paying the water bill and they have been paid completely. I contacted them yesterday at lighthouse, was told I would hear from someone immediately after confirming I had the correct phone number for the installer. I still have had no call, no follow-up, nothing. I would not pay a contractor 100% up front but you have to pay completely up front and then no one follows up when things dont work correctly and you are supposed to have a 90 day warranty. When delivered the boxes had fallen over and were crushed, then left on the grass to be rained on. It was a mess.
Cool, but not and actual lighthouse. i was looking for one of those.
My husband and I went into Litehouse Pools on May 13th to ask about getting some replacement parts for our pool. Talk to salesman about what we needed, he said that he would have to email corporate to see what could be done. Waited a week and a half before I called, talked to the same salesman, he was still waiting to hear from them. Today, June 6th, over 3 weeks later, I called & talked to the same salesman, waited for him to look at his emails, named off the things that he could get for our pool but not what we were looking for. After asking him who the manufacturer was, he said I guess I could call them but it going to cost you a lot of money. All I wanted to know was if we could get the parts and what was the cost of the parts. After talking to him today, I will not be calling Litehouse Pools or giving them my business ever again.
