Needed some custom fabrication work done on my toy hauler camper trailer. They did a great job! Repaired cracked mounting of the entry steps and reinforced them, and custom made a new dual battery tray frame on the front. Great job, super fast turnaround.

Very rude to deal with. I have spent over $50,000 on multiple trailers and truck beds just this past year and kept giving them a chance. After this last experience, I refuse to go back. The only good person to deal with here is the Saleman Shannon! He goes above and beyond.

I just purchased a fairly high-end trailer from Shannon at Chucks and I have to say I am very happy I did.There were numerous dealer options available to me that were closer, but Shannon was very helpful, seemingly quite honest and forthright, responded to email as I had requested (being busy), and really made me feel like he was just a good dude trying to help another dude achieve what he is after.I drove all the way out from the Illinois border and he had everything ready for me. Their facility was orderly and everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional (note: my family was in the automotive business the majority of my life, so we see this differently). He also gave an exceptional overview of the trailer that proved he knew what he was talking about and then he capped it off by delivering on the everything we had agreed without trying to slip something in at the last minute.I only wish they were closer as I do not imagine I will do anything about my trailer stuff without going through them.If you are in the market for a trailer or a snow plow you will want to give these guys a call. I really feel like we should support guys who do business like this.

Was warned not to go there. That will not happen again. They diagnosed the failure and were partially wrong and after three trips in one week they wanted to charge me again. Not reasonable people at all. Im out $1800.00 and ended up fixing the trailer myself. Stay Away!

Our boat trailer axle broke down on Route 76 after a great dayat the lake. We had no idea where to take it. The tow truckguy recommended this place. Wonderful! Clean, well runshop. Called for a odd size trailer tire at 10:00 am. I was advised no problem we can have it here by 3 ish. They called and said the tires were in my wife ran up and they mounted and balanced 2 of them is about 20 minutes.....and $40 less than the other shops wanted.Great Job.........Thanks

My first trailer purchase from them was a dump trailer this spring and I love it. Its a great quality trailer. Ive had many and there is alot of junk on the market. My husband got a hitch installed on his truck here. The shop ordered the wrong part initially costing my husband a waste of a work vacation day to, but they ended up making it right & that’s what matters. He’s happy with the end result.

To keep it simple and not to be one of those people who just want to smear people, but after I was told what was wrong with my plow issue, it turned out to be something different altogether. To make matters worse when I brought it back they told me it could be anything that was wrong with it. I regretfully agreed to leave my truck and plow for them to further investigate, because when I picked it back up the mounting pins were both broken. It wasnt until I got home that I realized my blade almost fell off on the way home. When I returned the next day to buy new hinge pins and only after putting them on myself, the plow continued to give me issues even when they said they resolved my issue the second time I brought it back. Long story short some guy named Chuck, not sure if hes the owner, iced the cake when he told me flat out with a rude attitude that he was overwhelmed and booked now and couldnt get me in, and it about blew my mind when he finished it by saying there are other shops in Cleveland I could go to. Do not recommend anyone to go here. I only gave it one star because Im not sure how to give them zero stars. Ive never walked out of any other Medina businesses feeling humiliated and left out. Cost me almost $500 to fix my blizzard plow, and the same thing happened again, which the cables were coming apart slightly, 2 zip ties, but they put a modules on for $483. When I called to question them about it, couldnt find my paperwork.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Called about renting a trailer and they told me it was available when I arrived after waiting at the uhaul desk for all the other customers at the other desks I was told that I had to wait for some one to connect the trailer another 20 mins because none of the 5 employees their could do it and they would not let me connect the trailer myself. After 20 mins of waiting with no other customers in the shop one of the employees that was there the whole time finally came out and help connect our trailer.
