I called to have several bags of documents shredded. The woman gave me a quote of $300 and I was switched to a “scheduler”. He told me he was a veteran and the business was built by a group of veterans and they would come out and pick up. I was like great, when can you come out. He said he would check the schedule and call me back in 15 min. I never heard from him again. I called back but she had no record of my call. Oh well. Hello Iron Mountain, who will gladly take my money.
