I have had hearing issues since birth with my one ear. Now with age, I have needed a hearing aid in my good ear for a long time. I explained my issues to Michael Thompson and he listened. One week later, I am back in the hearing world again! The true test is when we got home and I had my husband turn the TV volume to zero and increase it (without me looking at the tv) until I could hear it. I was SO surprised that I was able to HEAR it at setting 8. For that particular show it was more comfortable at 10. Before the hearing aid, I would start at 30!!! Thank you!
