I can not say enough great about our experience here. We have dealt with severalHome Depot locations and their rental department and I have never had the experience I had with Medina. Over the phone and in person they were very kind! We rented a wood chipper on a Sunday and had an issue mid afternoon. I called them and they immediately got on the phone with the service of the machine and they called us to let us know they would be there within 30 min. They came here on a Sunday with awesome attitude and corrected the issue and made it right upon rental return. We originally went to this location as it was the closest that had a wood chipper still resulting in a 30 min drive each way. I will drive the extra 20min each way from now on just for the customer service we received alone!
