Dealer service departments are generally the reason I avoid dealer service (& new vehicles, for that matter.) Medina Dodge was a pleasant surprise. Advisor Chad & Tech Tom worked with me & my budget on my old truck, keeping me informed on what they found, what it would cost, & what options I had, throughout. Id heard good things, & was surprised to find it was true! Highly recommended.
