Jared tried to sell our friends home last year, and when it didnt sell, he lowered the price every week until it dropped to 1/4 fair market value. THEN, at the lower than market price offers to buy your home. They dont tell you that on the ad with Barbara when he will buy your home if it doesnt sell yea at 1/4 the FAIR market price. He must be rich by now with all those homes he got for a dollar and resold for FULL PRICE. (Once you are off the contract) Bunch of RIP OFF artists. No different than GRIFTERS. NO IDEA how this OUTRAGEOUS practice is LEGAL or acceptable in the real estate industry. This is SO wrong! How they get away with this for SO LONG is baffling that they dont get caught and arrested for theft. Extreme greed. Just another Calif transplant ripping off Oregonians for their homes. If your home is under 200k he wont even show it more than once. READ ALL the reviews, NOT the ones by his family
