A total disaster. It took us 2 years of litigation to fix the mess they created. They crushed the liner track on the new pool coping which was left unfinished with tape marks and holes. The spa pad was 2 inches off level and water pours over the edge onto the electric outlet when you get in. Stay far far away.

These people have always been totally awesome to help me keep my pool an spa in tip top shape. Been going to them for the last 10 years. Don’t try to push products on you.

These folks have been taking care of my pool for several years and have always successfully fixed any issues/problems that have come up. This year apparently they had some new hires and one of them came to open my pool. unfortunately It turned from sparkling to green :(. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. However I called and Eli came out right away and spent the time necessary to clean it up and get its sparkle back! Its looking great now. This is what I call great service and is what Ive always gotten from Clearwater in the past. thank you !

Ive had Clearwater for two years, inherited them from the previous owners. They are nearly always late, rarely call ahead or check in when they arrive. This year, they were a month late in opening our pool and when a broken heater fixture was identified as a problem, it has taken nearly 60 days and the part has still not been ordered. The ENTIRE summer without a heated pool. No notification about delays or updates on status - NOTHING. Customer service is absent. Time to find a better service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Clearwater Oasis was hired to provide a detailed pool inspection prior to our purchase of a home.-They showed up two hours late.-The two hour inspection lasted 20 minutes.-The report was incomplete, inaccurate and the details were contrary to the verbal communication while the inspector was on-site. (The inspector was so rushed he noted there was not a light when it is quite large and ~3 feet under the waterline. He also FAILED to notice severe Osmotic Bubbles in the fiberglass shell.)-When attempting to contact them after the inspection to talk about a fair compromise, they threatened to send me to collections and refused to call me back.Find another vendor. Clearwater Oasis is a joke.

We endured the worst customer experience of our lives after the purchase of a wood stove from Clearwater Oasis. They damaged our wood floors, hearth, and their reputation. Most disappointing of all was the lack of concern and follow through. They consistently said one thing and then when it came time to act, the execution was most disgraceful. We cannot believe how bad the experience turned out to be, as a result we now share the story frequently with friends and family, it has become a family joke. Care for customers is definitely not a top concerns, to me service is important in a service industry. This business is absolutely a scam!

Very poor customer service,I made an appointment in february to have Reid come over to measure my above ground pool liner for replacement,he assured me it would be done in April,so I called in April and made several calls after with no response, every time I called I was told by Tina, his office girl that oh yes he still is going to do the job,well end result is we did it ourselves with help from friends,it looks great! All I can say is treat others the way you want to be treated,someday you will need a professional to do something you cant do, at least be an adult and call the person back if you dont want the job, I wasted 2 months of believing clearwater was going to do the job,I would rate this with a zero star rating if that was available.

I just bought a house with a pool that needs a lot of help. I went into the store very worried about what to do and they assured me they are good at what they do and we should be able to get my pool back on track. Great customer service!

Horrible service. I went in to put a deposit down for them to paint our pool. I asked for a warrenty on workmanship and the clerk did not have info. So she texted the owner who eventually called back. Quite upset that I would request such a thing, she informed me they had a one year warrenty on workmanship. I asked if I could get that in writing when I gave my deposit. She then got quite belligerent that I would even asked and suggested I get someone else to do the pool. Then She told me not to drain our pool in a week (that’s when they were to arrive). She said she has to re look at the schedule. It wasn’t going to be until late August now. It’s July 3. So I said ok. Then I receive an email stating that they are not able to fit me in and they can not do the job. It should make you nervous if a company can not provide you with a warrenty for services. Plus lie to you about their scheduling. I would highly discourage anyone using this business. And being a business owner In the community I understand the power of customer service and reviews to your business. This is not how you provide that to future customers. I will find another company to do our work and another company to refer business to. Definitely not this company.

Staff was very knowledgeable and were able to coach me through each step to get my pool clean and running again!

Worst customer service! They offer free water testing but tested my water with a test strip which I could have done at home. Fist and last time I will visit this business.
