Great company they came in refinished all my elevators with no problems at all. Other companies that we hired before they would milk job and cost us more money for having the fire alarms off & fire department here. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs metal refinishing.

Crystal bright crew was on time plus I watched them and they didnt skip any windows in the building. The last company I had here they skipped have of my building and they showed up late and they look like they were on something. I will be using crystal bright for all my work great job guys.

Horrible horrible service. Came to do a job at 4AM and worked for two hours then left. They said they had another job to go to. We had them slated for 8 full hours. Called the owner/manager who then screamed at me for 10 minutes about how we ruined the plan. I would never go back to them or recommend them. With an owner/manager with that much disrespect for a customer who had $4k worth of work carved out for them.
