From the owner to the drivers, they go out of their way to make sure you getting more than just a ride to the doctor or the store...you get warm, friendly conversation.And if they can accommodate you for last minute schedule changes and emergencies...they will! This company charged my mother-in-law $58.00 to take her from her home in Medford to her doctors appointment in Medford. That is ridiculous! That is taking advantage of people and we will never call them again.
