I am completely disgusted with John Sellers. Luckily he was the listing agent on the home we were purchasing, so we only had to deal with him when necessary. He made our first home buying experience terrible! The way he talks to women is one of a arrogant egotistical (fill in the blank). Aside from him, his staff was wonderful and was in full communication with my realtor at all times. He promised us 90 days to close on a short sale and it took 6 months. He accused us of stealing the keys out of the lock box when it was actually the bank that did it when they winterized the home. He would tell our realtor that she was revealing too much information to us when we simply wanted to know what step of the process we were in. When trying to contact him about information it took him almost a week to respond, but when the tables were turned and he was waiting on information from us he would jump down my realtors throat and tell her we needed to hurry up and get papers signed so they can go to the title company. We filled out the papers and were ready to send them when he said oh wait, my clients have things they need to clear off the title. you will have to wait a while. I wouldnt use him if he was the last realtor on this planet. I dont even understand how he is in business.
