Service master of Medford Oregon went above and beyond for my family that had a sudden pipe burst. They responded very quickly and very professionally. My mother is in her late 70’s and they were very patient and helped my mother understand every step of the way. The three men that were at my house everyday did a phenomenal job and I can’t thank them enough. I’m sure all of the people that work there are just as great as these three men: Blake, Brandon, and James those 3 fellas just really went above and beyond according to my mother. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that has a water loss, or even a fire loss.

I want to share how impressed i was with the response time, care and service . i had a major accident that involved a knife that left my house a mess. less than 24 hours while still in hospital they were at my house cleaning up. outstanding communication and expert cleaning.

Service master did a great job, prompt, professional, and worked closely with us to keep our family safe during the Covid pandemic. They went the extra mile and did an excellent job.

Since it wasn’t an emergency and a small job I had them come out the next day which they did and put dryers underneath the carpet to start drain it. Next day they came and did an asbestos test and the next day they cut everything out and put in dryer‘s in the humidifier and kept testing for two days. At the end of five days they were done.

A leak in the kitchen led to mold forming. A friend who used to work for Service Master told me they were the best in our area and to call them and my insurance company. They came out promptly and got the process of water and then mold remediation started. They were courteous, let me know when they would be here, explained what they were doing and why. Going beyond expectations they found a way to preserve most of my cabinets and quartz countertop. I am very pleased with their work.

Service Master was quick, efficient and successful in drying out my floor as well as identifying the damaged areas. I will definitely use them again should the need arise. I highly recommend them.

They were very prompt about returning my call to set up an appointment. Ater answering some questions on the phone, they arrived about an hour later. They were ready to start working. I am actually shocked as it gets that they have such high reviews! I went around and around with them to get actual quotes for the damage for the insurance claim and I was requesting additional work to be done. Nothing special, just wanted them to hang some insulation in addition o the water damaged insulation and also do something about the horrible smell from the water damage, and HVAC vent that was also soaked (incomplete job). someone was always on vacation or something. long story short.....I would never contact them again. Very disappointed!!!!!!!All i wanted was them to finish the job they started for the claim and hang up some additional insulation that had been damaged from some rogue animals. I made at least a dozen phone calls and they finally responded with quote for around $10,000!The biggest problem was actually absolute HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION that i am sure most people understand is the root of most problems.

Service Master came into my home to clean and deodorize after a smoke mishap. The job took about 4 weeks. I have to say that I was not looking forward to having people in my home for this duration of time. Tyson Holman was in charge of setting up the job and was articulate about explaining what would need to occur in order to clean the home. Tyson was also considerate in understanding my special needs for non toxic cleaners and went above and beyond to come to the house and show me different cleaning product options (on New Years Eve!).Alyssa Radke was my point person who took over coordinating the clean up with such a keen eye for the detail and organization. She systematicaly coordinated the entire clean up, communicated in ways above and beyond what I was expecting. Alyssa kept me updated on her arrival time every morning, the daily and weekly cleaning goals, as well as when she would be finishing for the day. Alyssa kept me updated on every aspect of the project with such open lines of communication and transparency. I trusted her completely to be in my home when I was not there. I cannot say enough about her work ethic, communication, personality, and core spirit. This speaks to the values of this company and I would recommend ServiceMaster and specifically Tyson and Alyssa to anyone!

February 2018, I had a water burst in the kitchen of my rental property. Nightmare - and I was not in town. I found Service Masters on a google search. When I called (after hours of course) the phone was answered immediately by a human! Good sign. Service Masters worked with the Insurance company and with me all the way through the project. After the kitchen was completed...more damage was found in the bathroom (it is an older home). I proceeded with Service Masters for the bathroom project also. The results are amazing! So fantastic that I dont even regret that this all started with the sudden burst of a water line in the kitchen. A nightmare turned into a living dream. The home is gorgeous now. The Hottest days of the year and the dishwasher fails. Service Master was here in under 2 hours to start water mitigation. Our house flooded 4 months ago and ServiceMaster came in and cleaned up, dried out, and fixed everything that was damaged. There were some days where there were some scheduling issues so the whole process took a little longer than expected, but overall everyone was friendly and professional. We are very happy with the end results. ServiceMaster not only fixed everything that was damaged but made our home look even better than it did prior to the flooding.

We had a tragic suicide by gun at one of our rentals. Ron and crew came out immediately with haz mat suits and did an excellent job of cleaning and sanitizing the area. Karl and his Service Master Family are amazing. They take care of their customers and get the job done. I have worked with Karl for almost 20 years in multiple businesses, and they never disappoint, and always has a smile on his face.

A water leak from the refrigerator caused a flood in the kitchen. In eight months, the work still hasn’t been completed! What’s more, any respiratory ailments we may have had, have gotten worse, what with drywall, sawdust, mold, etc. flying around. Their garbage was even left. The outside of the house is strewn with wood, carpeting and even the kitchen sink. In their defense, the floor covered a wide expanse and it has been replaced but each time there is another excuse for why something isn’t completed.

Chandler, Tyler and Tyson did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with their knowledge of what needed to be done after my smoke damage. I would use these guys again!
