Absolutely horrible customer no service. Even the district manager thinks the “director of credit” makes horrible emotional decisions. With a 780 credit score I feel like I was discriminated against because of my race. Steer clear and get your credit for residential projects somewhere else for insulation. Only an extra star because the district manager said she shouldn’t be in the position.
